Okay, so I still don't have a Wii, but I had opened up Paint Tool SAI to practice eyes when I drew an eye I really liked.

So I turned it into this:
Spoiler: Naomi!

I know the butterfly sucks and that her clothes aren't entirely accurate, but I've been working on this for a while and at the end I was soort of getting close to jumping off a cliff so parts are a bit rushed ;_;

Ah, I'm so jealous, I can't make nice eyes like that :3 Great job on the picture~

SO. Screw specialist. I can easily get an S on every one of CR-S01's surgeries on resident. I switch to Specialist and I see BBCCCBC or something to that effect. IT MAKES ME SAD. Surprisingly enough, I'm getting good grades on Maria's ops. I haven't gotten a single XS, though. Too much work. D8

*STEALS ZE PIC* OHMAHGAWDIT'SBEAUTIFUL. How in the world did you manage to make something in only black and white so... amazing!? And I don't really mind that her clothes are inaccurate, 'cause it makes her look less like a whore. =D I love the butterfly too. It's so prettiful.

Thank you, guys! It makes me so happy that you like it. :pearl-blush: I really love the Trauma Center games that I have been able to play on my DS, so I wanted to contribute something to this thread.

I have to save up my money for a convention in September, so the earliest I'll be getting a Wii is this Christmas. ;_; But the Trauma Center games WILL be the first games I get. I mean, better REALLY late than never, right?

Yes, you won't regret getting the ones for the Wii. For me it feels like a better experience by playing on a big screen TV, rather than a handheld system. You know what I mean?

This made me lol more than it should have XD

Lulzy story time: I had my check-up today, so I brought my DS with UTK 2. Last week, my little brothers had their check-up and they heard there was a Dr. Cunningham, so they were both babbling about how cool it was (though it was a lady :P ). So this week, as soon as they saw me, they're all "You're the sister of those gaming kids, huh?" and then I showed them how to install a pacemaker. :yogi:

Haha, I'm so bringing the UTK games to the doctor's office next time I have to go, that's awesome. xD

Also, if anyone cares, there is about an 85-90% chance that I will be able to play Second Opinion tomorrow! :O Yays, first time playing one of the Wii games. Actually, playing a Wii at all...

I just got a copy! I'll be able to play it on my friend's Wii after sitting through another Twilight movie. Suitable reward, I think! xD We're gonna try and get through the entire thing in one night...I wonder if we can really do it. We're going to take turns doing operations so we both get a chance, since she hasn't played much Trauma Center at all.

But yeah, I've never played on a Wii before. I feel lame! ;_; First time for everything, I suppose!

Twillight's gonna be on the TV screen, huh? Well at least Trauma Center will be able to take over the screen after! Hm, if you two wanted to play it, should of gotten New Blood instead. That way both of you can operate at once.

The third one's out tonight, we're going to see the midnight showing. I'm not a fan, to put it lightly, but at least she's paying for me.

Well she only has one nunchuck controller, and the Gamestop here didn't have New Blood. And call me a fangirl, but I like Derek :3

Wait, tonight? O.o I'm surprised my mother hasn't bothered me to go with her yet. Oh, and don't worry about Angie being unlikable. Once you play New Blood and get harrassed by Elena, you will freakin' LOVE Angie to death. Elena... is like the fucking god of annoyance and whoreness. I swear, every five seconds she's like "Oh Maaarkus... *WINKWINK*" and he's just like "Uh, heheh, no.". Some of the best quotes come from New Blood though. Like Markus's gay sounding "Heyy.." and "THAT MAN IS ON FIRE!" Oh jeez, the memories...

I am WAY too obsessed with the Trauma series. I just bought a copy of Gray's Anatomy from Barnes and Noble today and am interested in becoming some kind of doctor [not entirely sure what kind yet. I can definitely scratch pediatrician and endoscopic surgeon off my list though >.>] because of the games. XD I'm so pathetic...

Getting Trauma Team on Saturday. Could have got it yesterday, but Gamestop was $5 more expensive than EB Games, even though it is te same company just one uses the American name one uses the Canadian. Why would the American one have the more expensive price anyways, the American dollar costs more than the Canadian. -_-

Wow you're ... pretty dedicated. I have that textbook too, but I didn't have much of a choice in purchasing it. It's a very well illustrated anatomy book isn't it? However it does beautify anatomy a little too much. Veins aren't blue and arteries aren't red. They're.... yellow. And the pleura or peritoneal membranes aren't blue. They're barely visible. It's pretty disappointing when you open up a real person and realise it isn't colourful.... and the blood.. goes everywhere.

Is this game worth playing for someone who is actually in the medical profession? I don't have any friends who are medical students like me who've played this. It's scary how easy the game makes surgery seem - esp suturing lol. The art is rather pretty though - it's by the artist for Persona yes?

Well, it's funny. My mother's a owner of a hospital, and I've been nurse a couple of times.
The Trauma series just makes it look too easy and too colourful.
The inside of a human is dull green and brown.

Oh, and, on topic, if you play Foul Mood on Resident/ Specialist, on the Rosalia patient (convulsions), drop her vitals into 5s by making misses with the membrane thing, and then wait for the convulsions to start. When the patient is lost, and even before Operation Failed shows up, (the failure text) she just keeps on convulsing in the background.

I love Trauma Team. Surprisingly, I really like the surgeries thus far, as well as the "puzzle" professions, Forensics and Diagnostics. I hate Endoscopy though, boring, takes to long, and Tomoe is annoying. Honor, honor, honor, blah blah blah. And did anyone see the back of the instruction book where CR is holding her? If that's in a cutscene, I'm punching something. He is to cool to be paired with her.
On the profession side, if I do get into medicine, diagnostics seems to be best for me.

You deserve kudos, man. I... I CAN'T. GRAAAAAAH. I applaud you especially for being able to XS Hank and Tomoe's operations. I'm not even TRYING Hank's, I get too nervous. I can pass Tomoe's but... "finish in 60 seconds" SCREW YOU, GAME. The requirements drive me nuts.

The moment I saw that on the back of the instruction manual, I facepalmed. Yes, it is in a cutscene, and it's kinda narmy cuz it comes out of nowhere. Tomoe just... trips over herself. I DON'T KNOW. Although I'm fine with her character being the Japanese-y one of the group, I wish they made her more... interesting. I loved that she had ninjas, but her personality was too... normal? She stands out the least out of all the characters, and that's really saying something. I don't really ship CR-S01 with anyone, but if I did, it would be with Maria because Tomoe's just... meh. Plus her operations are hell. *cough*

I've seen a fair amount of hate for Tomoe. She doesn't seem very interesting to me, to be honest. I mean, I know my opinion isn't valid because I haven't played the game, but...eh. When I first heard about her, she just wasn't as interesting to me as the other five. What is she like ingame?
I feel like I don't belong here D:

Honor, honor, honor, honor, honor, ninja butler, honor. Every sentence she speaks has "honor" in it. Done CR-SO1, Maria, and finishing up Gabe. Tomorrow Naomi, Hank and Tomoe.

She has a teleporting butler that also swordfights and dodges arrows that Tomoe shoots at him.

On the profession side, if I do get into medicine, diagnostics seems to be best for me.

That's um.. a very high aspiration for someone who really has no idea how bloody difficult it is to practice medicine. House is probably a better gauge than this game for what is involved in diagnostics, but even that is ... very off reality. Seriously, there are very few people who can do diagnostics and it is an extremely elite subspecialty requiring not only a genius mind, but also endless hours of work and a long history of excelling at various specialist fields in both surgery and medicine. But yeah, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR HOPES CRUSHED BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN START. D:

I really don't think it's right for anyone to want to get into medicine because they love this game. It's like wanting to become a lawyer because of playing PW. errr... no.
