Completely agreed, but not a DS game. xD
I was kind of disappointed with Super Paper Mario; I didn't feel it lived up to the humor in TTYD. :yogi:

Same with O'Chunks and the underwere and the overthere. Loved it.

Story- and character-wise, I think SPM is the best game in the series. Bleck & Dimentio FTW.

Gameplay... Not so much. It was too easy.

Back to DS games, I think that Star Fox Command has a good storyline (with 9 awesome endings to choose from!)

Well... I've recently played a graphic novel or wathever the name is (Like Ace Attorney) and a an RPG which have good storyline:

Shin Megami Devil Survivor

Lux Pain: I would like to tell all of you that Lux Pain is not for everyone, this game is the kinda game which is so weird that only a few people would like it or even tolerate it... if you liked PW then you're half the way to get the weirdness of this game. The case is that the story is weird, the gameplay is not that awesome, the enind is kinda abrupt but in the end you get is a great game... I recomend it only if you wanna get out of the routine of simple graphic novels or just to see a really weird game... I'm not even able to say that is a good game...

Sorry If I extended myself too much (And sorry if my english sucks... Or should I say Engrish?)

Well, obviously the AA series, or I wouldn't be here, then there's Another Code, and the Professor Layton series, also Pokemon and....I'm not fully sure about Summon Night: Twin Age 'cause I haven't finished it yet. There.

Summon Night was a decent game... it got kind of repetittive, however...

The DS one? Blegh, I thought it was pretty bad comparred to the GBA ones.

Now... Well crud. All ones I was going to say have been said already.

Pokemon

I would hardly call that a good storyline...

Anyway, I tend to, as a rule, play games less for the plot and more for the gameplay (with the Ace Attorney series being an obvious exception), so I really can't help you there. I've heard good things about Hotel Dusk, but I was never really able to get into it...same with TWEWY.

There's a lot of great games for the DS.. Let's see..

Castlevania series for the DS, Great series :phoenix: Not heavy on the story, But the gameplay is simple, traditional, Yet fun.

Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2: Great series and game for the DS, Sorta heavy on the story line, Gotta play the Wii version or the first version of Trauma Center for the DS to fully understand the characters backgrounds, But they do explain it in the beginning of the game. :edgy:

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days: Great Series, REALLY HEAVY ON THE STORY, Gotta play in chronological order of the games.

The World Ends With You: Great series! Battle system is new, Fresh, yet not too over bearing (Is that the right word..? :yuusaku: ) But yes, It's a great game, Definitely recommended!

There's a lot more, I just can't remember them.. :eh?:

The story is awful (It's kingdom Hearts, it's a given) but I'll be damned if I said the game isn't fun as hell. They absolutely nailed the gameplay.

Well I liked the storyline for other Kingdom Hearts so if it's more of the same it'll fly fine with me I guess :yuusaku:
Still good news about the gameplay.

If you haven't played Kingdom Hearts, You won't understand a thing in this game.. Sadly, You gotta go in chronological order with the games :lana:

On the other hand, The storyline is such a convoluted mess that even after playing them all, half the shit won't make sense.

Spoiler: Big KH Spoilers for all games
Terra in BbS has some connection to Master Xehanort, loses all his memories but gets white hair, wakes up but remembers his name as Xehanort and is taken care of by Ansem, goes crazy and becomes a Heartless which also makes a Nobody called Xemnas because he has decided to rename his Heartless self as Ansem. One of his plans is to use the Keyblade masters to make Kingdom Hearts (because presumably you need a moon made of hearts to get one back each) by trying to manipulate Sora, his Nobody Roxas and then when that doesnt prove enough he just replicates another being from Sora's memories who turns out to be a girl because Sora was mostly thinking of Kairi at the time, she also appears as Ven from BbS to one of the Organisation13 members because he'd seen Ven before which suggests Ven is somehow linked to Sora, and she ultimately gets absorbed into Roxas and Roxas himself ultimately gets absorbed into Sora who defeats Xemnas once and for all.

Yah, makes perfect sense.

/sarcasm.

I was gonna have a look but I saw Terra was mentioned and realised I'm not that far in the series yet.

I can only say that up till KH2 everything makes sense to me.

It's only an assumption based on what we know of BbS, not an actual spoiler per se.

Well I've not played 363....ummm Kingdom hearts DS either in case theres any of that there and I'd really rather not since I don't know much of BBS and like discovering things as I play em.
