Yeah, hopefully that character's gonna get spriters working their asses on Phoenix Wright sprite edits, which in turn gets creators working their asses on a proper Phoenix Wright character.

The only problem with PW is that we don't have any full body sprites, just his upper half >_> That would as you said, require someone to make said sprites, and that can take quite a while for a detailed character,

I dunno. I see a lot of Capcom characters in SNK style (not including the ones that appeared in SvC), and vice versa. All in all, it depends.

Me, I've gotten into it recently, thanks to the 2Chan game, Nijikaku. That game is hilariously zany.

I've also found a version of Sean from Street Fighter III, adapted to a style similar to marvel vs. Capcom, here. Fun to play as, though there are a couple special moves added in that i wish were not there. But he's still a fun character; definitely more accessible than his SF3 counterpart. Plus, in the right hands, he's devastating.

I'm considering downloading more characters and stuff. There are a few sites out there that have quite a few.

As I said a few pages back, MUGEN is past its prime, but its still fun to make your own fighting game with the most broken cast of characters ever :D

I was thinking of making or requesting a stage based on a boss stage in the game Amplitude. This is what it would look like. It's a tunnel type stage. Also refer to this.

- The fighters will fight on the ship-type vehicle, known as a Beat Blaster.
- The tunnel and tracks will be in the background.
- The stage will be in a continuous loop.

I think it's a good idea, but it's pretty complicated. What do you think? Oh, and I'd like to add that I'm not requesting someone make this stage from here. I'm just saying one of my ideas, and I want to know what you guys think.

If it was created, what could be done is that the background will be either somehow ripped from the PS2 game or it is created from scratch, whilst sprites for the Beat Blaster and tracks (and possibly note capsules) are created.

Amplitude was an awesome game, a stage from it would be pretty tight, but I imagine it would be a ***** to program. Steel how many Mugen characters do you have in your EVE file? I have about 70 between the 65 ish that are main and the 5 I've hidden (the NES stages and the sand bags). I have like 10 more I have in a "broken characters" file so when some time in the future I learn how to make Mugen character I can go in and fix those characters and w/e glitches they have.

The problem is that I keep starting my roster over so I can clean it up. So as for my current roster, that's pretty tough, since I haven't bothered to fill it back up yet, so currently it's empty.

I want to go into the character files and edit the stat values and hit boxes of certain characters to make them less broken or more powerful. Nobunaga or Omega Zero will 99% of the time destroy everything on the field without much effort -_-

I hardly play mugen anymore. I only use it to make characters, or stages.

Attempting to make a Phoenix Wright style case out of the mugen engine is most likely 99.9% IMPOSSIBLE. Think about how much coding would be involved for text/mouth syncing, typing noises, investigation phases, scenes, etc. That would be LOT of work to do, esp. for a fighting game engine like mugen.

I think making a Phoenix Wright style case would be better off handled on a case making style program. Not on a fighting game engine. See how badly Phoenix and Miles Edgeworth already turned out on that thing? HORRIBLE. Just a HORRIBLE concept. :sadshoe:

Needless to say, anything used from Phoenix Wright to work on mugen would be nothing but a joke. Just look how the witness stand background turned out? Useless.

I almost never play MUGEN, I usually just find characters and watch them beat the shit out of each other. Also your Omega Zero can be OHKO by Jigglypuff's song attack >_> ?

The thing is, Jigglypuff puts everyone else to sleep into wierd animation, what kills him is that to make them look like they are sleeping, it makes the fall into their KO position, and of course, Omgea's KO position is where he blows up >_>

Also you make some of the best MUGEN characters ever, all of them are really well done :D

I'm a fan of the series and thinking of downloading it. I so want to make my own characters for it!

I've seen the Apocalypse-esque Phoenix and Edgeworth before, but I think that the two would prefer to make cameos as an animated background.

Do you mean Omega Zero? <_< ? The guy who made him post on this site. I also find that the EVE music sometimes doesn't work (thankfully, I find it quite annoying honestly).

Speaking of N-Mario and Omega Zero, I watched his 'The Judge's Final Verdict' video, and I was wondering: in the clip that got a 'Not Guilty', who was the guy facing Omega Zero (apparently let out some steam during its intro pose)?

As for my MUGEN, I've sort of lost interest in it, and I'm trying to get back on it. Right now, I'm looking for some good music, some chars and stages that are so fucking hard to find unless you request, and a decent roster.

By the way, Nun Chuka Kata by Buckethead sounds awesome for Makoto's stage and KFM's stage.

Someone need to get MUGEN online, that would really add to the variety and help you to find new characters and such. Playing MUGEN with yourself is like having sex with yourself, its fun for awhile and there are alot of options, but without someone else there it can get old after awhile.

OMG, MUGEN! I used to play this all the time a few years ago; my choice was always Orochi Herman's Shadow Dio, which in fact introduced me to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure so many thanks to him. :hotti:
