Apparently the good old bottom screen flickers then the whole system shuts off problem made an encore on the dsi. I have the problem. I notice that if I change the brightness, the top screen turns on, but otherwise, no. I got it working this morning, and it was acting weird, the screen was blinking, and when I tried checking the court record, and it highlighted, but didn't work, and the presnt button didnt work. Help, anyone? |

1. Edit your post, don't DP 2. This question is better left to a tech forum, not C-R 3. Correct capitalization, please. (Although that's just me being picky) |

I never had this issue, the only problems I've had with my DS Lite is the accuracy of the touchscreen and the L button not working. |

The accuracy thing's probably because your screen's not calibrated correctly. I have problems with my L and R buttons sticking. But, yeah, I have no idea what's wrong with your DSi. I always thought they were lamer than the DS Lites, but that's just my opinion. |

Well, I know exactly whats wrong, I was just wondering if anyone on the forum had disassembled a DSi yet. I didn't want to risk doing anything... bad untill I had confirmation whether the DSi was internally similer to the DS Lite (I didn't know what the camera could do with the internal wiring.) Eh... The ribbon in the DS is dirty. That is the problem. And @Catgrenade, I've had experiences when I edit my post that it just double posts the edited post with the edits added. |
