Chuu-chan (Raichu) - ThunderPunch, Volt Tackle, Return, Brick Break; Holds: Leftovers. (Yes, physical Raichu, it's not crack. >.>)

I think Pikachu would be OHKO'ed most of times, it doesn't have enough speed.

There IS a difference, even 10 points of basic speed is important, also Raichu has more def and a lot more sp.def, so is has a chance to survive even if it would lose the speed priority.

I hate thunder types and richu is hard to beat down without a ground type.
