IT has an "adventure" mode which is quite similar to the detective mode of AA.
But instead of the case mode there is a trading mode.
You can see the similarities in the graphics, and I'm guessing there will be similarities in the audio as well.

I found no references to this game on these forums, which i thought was odd, as some of you are likely to be interested. So here it is.
The main character is the person wearing the glasses. His name is Shun. (But he looks very girly.)

The character art looks somewhat similar to PW's... man, this is ripe for a crossover.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea, if it's story based and includes enough conflict ("you must make this much or company XYZ goes bankrupt and we all have to commit suicide out of shame!!")
That's PSP exclusive, though...?
