I just started playing this MMOFPS called Planetside 2. Basically it's a free-to-play game where you join one of three factions and wage these huge battles on this alien planet. The focus of the game is on these huge battles where hundred of players are fighting at a time. It's a lot like Star Wars Battlefront but on a much bigger scale.

What I like about it is it's not too violent (only rated Teen), it's free to play, and it is just massive. Each continent you fight on is bigger than any map I've fought on in a game like this before. I'm really enjoying it.

Anyone else here on Court Records play this? If so, we should join a squad together sometime (assuming we're on the same team, of course - I'm with the Vanu, for the record. I don't think they let people team up with the opposite team. You can have different characters though so somehow it would work!)

I tried it a few months ago.

After a few hours, I only had two kills

...Both were my teammates

Yeah It's really hard for new players. I've only played for a few days so I'm getting killed left and right.

I tried it for a bit a few months back and it's super hard to get any kills at all cause of all the spawn campers...

I joined the Terran Republic cause one of my favorite game reviewers supports it, so there's a massive army of fans in there.
