By the way, for my Nameless LP, I decided to go through Yuri's route again (since first time was my playing on my own and not for the LP and I want to show all routes), then Yeonho's and then Red's, with the latter only being available, apparently, if you have all previous four routes done.
No problem. I skip majority of the text and only 'properly' record the dialogue options and scenes that play out that way for Yuri's route. Then, suddenly, the game stops skipping cause it got new text. It's Mr Creepy-Ass Nameless Narrator! And he says that I apparently don't want to 'part soon' and so he won't be destroying my memories (which he was doing in Tei's route) 'just yet'.
That's right, guys. TAKE THAT, UNDERTALE! Nameless, a game that came out a few years before you, made BIGGER mentions and fourth-wall-breaking than your game about save scumming! HAH!

I just meant writing something as a possible clue in general. Anyway, I assumed the Romein just didn't see his killer's face during the murder, and didn't know who killed him.
Which means that killer's pretty skilled if he can steal a gun, shoot someone, and then leave the room without being recognized.

I haven't played 4-3 more than once, but isn't it said that Romein had a talk with the killer before the shots were fired? I think it was no mystery to him who shot him. (As for why he didn't tell us... Because plot, shut up!)

I only didn't mention that because I was trying to avoid spoilers, but then I remembered that those didn't really matter, but I was still too lazy to edit it.
But yeah, there was plenty of stuff in that case that didn't make sense. Maybe Romein just didn't know Daryan's name for some reason, though I feel like writing "Shark Guy" would be enough anyway.

Gameplay was lots of fun though. Spent most of my time getting lowly orcs up to the higher ranks, and then fucking them over once they started to think they were better than me. Never did beat the game cause of reasons.

Having played more Undertale, I'll leave my thoughts below. The fanbase could stand not to spoil the game at nearly every turn, but I suppose that's what I get for using the Internet.

Ocarina is overrated and treated like a masterpiece. It wasn't even all that entertaining of a game 18 years ago.
Also, nothing good can be said about 4-3. Nothing. Not even the 'Thank god, it ends' part.

I dunno, Sheik-Zelda is okay... I like TP Zelda a bit more. Sure, she surrendered to the Zant, but only because she knew better than to pointlessly waste blood, only to be overthrown, anyway. Even if she was Sheik, she never did anything much. Majority of Zeldas don't do anything during the game, except pay a minor, indirect role in the final boss battle. I think the most 'active' one currently is Phantom Zelda in Spirit Tracks.

According to 'real' Zelda fans, I'm not a 'real Zelda Fan' because I don't kiss the ass of Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask OR Link to the Past. Which is dumb. Besides, OoT was boring when I was 8 and is still boring; Majora had nice ideas but the overly dark atmosphere made me not care (and the fcocus on NPCs didn't, either, especially since rewards were pretty much pointless) and Link to the Past was... meh. It was... okay. But nothing worth writing home about.

A Link Between Worlds was also pretty good, although the endgame kind of suffered from Just Eat Gilligan syndrome.

Minish Cap was good but I got sick of being pestered by Ezlo pretty quickly and eventually it got tiring having to do puzzles just to get to the next screen (what is this, Professor Layton?)

I couldn't stand Ezlo. I know I complain about Navi, who is pretty bad, but Ezlo's worse. But I cannot believe anyone would prefer EZLO over Fi. Sure, Fi can be a bit on-the-nose in the beginning, but she really dials back the mandatory pop-ups as soon as you enter Eldin. Ezlo, on the other hand, is not a funny smartass. He's just annoying. "Watch your step! It's dark in here and you don't want to fall." No freaking shit, Ezlock. I CAN SEE THAT IT'S DARK IN HERE!

Really, my only complaint about Fi was her irritating, "Hey, your battery is getting low. Might want to change it out now." Come on, the game pauses whenever you completely run out of battery. I'd rather wait until the battery is good and dead instead of wasting it.

Except for Navi. Normally she didnt annoy me, but I got kind of tired of her "helping" me remember what I had to do next in the story. If she just told me once when I started the game it would be fine. But instead she keeps interrupting me when I'm doing sidequests and telling me to get back to the main quest. Or even better, informing me that I have to go to Death Mountain while I am exploring Death Mountain.

See, that's what I liked about Fi. If I wanted to spend time just collecting items or bumbling around, I was allowed to, without her popping up and reminding what I had to do. Sure, she DID tell me... but only if I called her first. And, really, it's difficult to forget what you have to do in Skyward. The save file tells you on the title screen what your next goal is, you can ask Fi and if that somehow STILL wasn't enough for you... you had Orielle tell you, despite her not knowing what I'm doing, so her being Ms Exposition Help Desk seemed really weird.

Hey, at least you can ignore the Persona navigators and keep fighting, Ezlo makes you stop whatever you're doing to listen to him. I think he bugged me more than the other partners because most of the other partners are in 3D Zeldas, which are a bit slower gameplay-wise than 2D Zeldas anyway, so it's not as jarring when you're forced to listen to them in those games.

Every Zelda game is super linear. The only one that really avoid this is the first one, though you do need a certain 'order' to proceed and Link Between Worlds, where you can rent/buy whatever item you want and then go to a dungeon.

Who cares? The NPCs either have nothing important to say (ignoring Orielle, who is another hint giver) or interesting. And I liked the overworld in Skyward. A nice overworld that was not just boring areas, I actually had things to do there instead of 'just' looking for potential stuff in grass.
