Not sure what I think of Chloe yet - she didn't really make a good first impression in the bathroom, though if she was telling the truth about what Nathan did to her, I can see why she'd act that way towards him, and despite her anger with Max abandoning her, she seems willing to move past it, and try salvage their friendship. The way she was willing to throw Max to the wolves, endangering Max's scholarship is worrying though. I'm also a little worried that every episode is going to have a section where you need to save Chloe as well.
Warren - I'm wary of him. He seems desperate to get Max's attention, and I think he may react badly, or even snap at some point, especially now it seems that Max and Chloe will be spending more time together.
David - I think he's more stressed than actually evil/a bad person, and I think he may know something about what's happening/going to happen to Arcadia Bay. I think his thing with the surveillance cameras may be more that he's watching for something specific, rather than that he's just a control freak.
Kate - I'm suspicious of her. She's being portrayed as being a sympathetic bullying victim, and that's it. I think there's more to her than that. She did seem genuinely confused when confronted though.
Victoria - Seems more the type of person that puts up a nasty front when in front of other people, but deep down/when alone isn't so nasty. This makes me wonder why she's so hostile to Rachel. I think her antipathy isn't connected to the Photography teacher, as he clearly holds Max in high regard, yet Victoria reacts well if Max comforts her, and thanks her (albeit in a rather ungrateful manner) later by text - if she was jealous, (in the sense that she had romantic feelings for the Photography teacher) I'd think she would have been continually hostile to Max.
Rachel - Too early to say. Her relationships with people seem similar to Max's, though I don't know if there's any relevance there.
I think the theme of consequences will play a part in the future episodes; this is partially a "coming of age" story, and it could be said that learning that understanding and coping with the consequences of your actions and words is something you learn as you mature. I've seen some people complain that it feels like Max can do and say anything, because she can just re-wind a few minutes later, and I think part of the story will be Max learning that even she will have to live with the consequences of her actions, even with her ability.
