I bought a used copy of Metroid: Zero Missions so that'll keep me company for a bit. Other than that, 3rd Strike practice, always. Comp is always good so I gotta stay on my toes. |

Mega Man ZX Honestly, it's not a bad game. But, why does the aerial map suck donkey dick? It's so bland and doesn't portray each area at all, except for their locations on the map; but that's it. Also, Digimon World: Dawn. I'm finally getting into the meat of the game without labeling it as another uninspired, unoriginal, cookie-cutter RPG. |

Heh... Heheh... If I said "Trials and Tribulations," would it come as any surprise? Aside from that, I dusted off Culdcept for the PS2. It's an excellent trading-card/board game that plays a lot like Monopoly and (I've been told) Magic the Gathering. The art is excellent, the sprites are cute, the game-play is fairly strategic without becoming tedious micromanagement, and it's a lot of fun to play against friends and family. I also played a lot of KOF: Maximum Impact 2 ("KOF 2006" in the US) , which is not exactly a good game, but an oddly addicting one. 0_o |

I wonder if I should starting animals naming characters after PW Characters... ![]() Dementium is quite good, although there's a lot of repetition in design. Enemy designs for the most part are terrible, although the bosses look rather nice. The save system is annoying, basically, you automatically save whenever you go through a door but the save only works if you quit the game and come back to it later. If you die, you start at the beginning of whatever chapter you were on(There's 16 chapters in the game), which can be very frustrating if you die on the more stretched out, tedious chapters. The game isn't particularly difficult, heath pick-ups are absurdly plentiful, ammo isn't quite so abundant.. but still too much for a survival horror. If you're good, you'll finish it in 5-6 hours. Overall, it's DOOM 3 in a hospital. |

Games I'm playing now: nhl 2k8 Phoenix wright/gyakuten saiban (all 4 of them. 4 is the only one I haven't finished yet, but so far I'm not really liking the story of 4... and I didn't like the ending to 3 at all. Left way too much unexplained/open that 4 doesn't even address at all.) Halo 3 (on xbox live from my dorm room with friends back in my home town.) Resident Evil 4 (wii edition). (thank god. I finally got somewhere with this after beating r.e. :code veronica, zero, 1, 2 and 3.) Silent hill 2. (haven't really played much of it yet, but I just got the flash light and ran into the second type of enemy in the game: the mannequins.) (I also have the first silent hill, and 3 and 4. Finished 1, but won't get to 3 or 4 until I finish 2.) Madden 08 just because everyone on my floor plays it, and we all have a good time with it. Beer, hanging out with friends, whats not to love? I'm sorta spread out between alot of games right now. But I've been busy doing things with friends, hockey training, and biggest time consumers of all: girls, girls, girls. (not that thats a bad thing at all. I'm just trying to find the right one for me.) Oh and college takes up alot of time too. XD However, games I am looking forward to: Silent Hill Origins, Silent Hill 5, Resident evil 5, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Army of Two, Prey 2, Megaman legends 3 (if they decide to uncancel it), Gyakuten saiban 5 (I want to see if they address some of the plot holes the ending of game 3 left open, as well as address some concerns I am having so far with game 4's story), Super smash bro.s brawl, Mario Kart, and Nhl 2k9 (I want to see if they fix their control system a bit more. What they have now is alright, but it could be refined a bit more. The ai is also a bit inconsistent, raping me on the hardest difficulty half the time, the other half the time getting raped.... Horribly. So far I've beaten the hardest comp as high as 12-3.). I probably missed a few but if I remember them I'll add them. |

Diddy Kong Racing DS Follows the same gimmick of putting 64 at the end of every major Nintendo 64 title. The controls are ass, Banjo and Conker are non-existent, many pointless add-ons, gimmick stylus controls, Taj sounds like an old man and has no Indian dialect, the bosses have no spoken dialog, and lack of epic music (it's a hand-held so we can more or less let this slide). It's like they took everything that I loved in the original, skewered it, rubbed it in dog shit, and sent in through a furnace. I can accept Banjo and Conker's absence since Microsoft now holds the rights to Rare, but what about everything else? Maybe it's the controls, the maybe it's the DS speakers, maybe it's the gimmicks and add-ons but I'll take the original over this anyday. |

Storming through Elite Beat Agents by setting records and recording high cumulative scores. Hard ROCK! becomes easier the more you play it. Sweatin' the tricky one. |
