I can get to the face boss by taking the bottom path, but can't beat him. And I can get quite a ways in the upper path, but then I get killed by some random trap. How far can you guys get?

Upper path- You can climb chains on the second set of spikes
Bottom path- An area exist below the stage, go under the 1st set of spikes

Pedobear is really easy to kill, he just runs right (or left) and jumps, just walk under him and shoot from the other side of the screen <_<

As for what I originally thought this topic was about, I thought it was gonna be about the hardest game out there, (apparently this is it), but what I was originally thinking when I clicked on the topic was the original Battletoads. I don't think you could beat that game WITHOUT using cheats.

This boss was neigh IMPOSSIBLE in the Playstation version. The sword cuts were longer, and took more health away.

Yeah, some of the bosses took a few tries before you knew how to nail them, but hard? Let alone comparable with Silver Surfer?
On topic: Yeah, I never mannaged to get past the first screen in that game. I didn't really bother with it 'cause it didn't look fun :P
