Well, it's not like it's sudden news or anything. It was announced at E3 07, and comes packed with the Wii Wheel. It includes motorcycles, 16 racers in each race instead of the standard eight and full online twelve-player racing.
And that's all we've known for around six months. Pretty much nothing new since then aside from some new screenshots here and there, so there hasn't been much discussion about it for a while.

Except the game doesn't have waggle controls at all, and is a much bigger jump from the last MK.
