Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the MoonTopic%20Title

A very interesting adventure RPG by tri-Criscendo, and the devs who made Venus and Braves on the PSDouble.

Quote:
"Fragile: Farewell, Ruins of the Moon," is an RPG set in a ruined world in the not too distant future. Beyond the crack in the crumbling wall, beyond the broken glass window, within the rusted world where everything is discolored, what will you discover?

Characters

"I might be all alone. Perhaps, perhaps if. . ."

Main Character. .The boy, Seto

The boy who travels alone in the stillness of the dead planet, Seto. He is looking for some place in this ruined world where there are any survivors like himself. He also sometimes seems like he's about to collapse, alone, but looking up at the white moon, he grasps onto a faint hope.

"Suddenly, you too, from somewhere, are looking at the same moon."

"Find me. . . I'm here"

Heroine. . .?

You are tasked with finding her; undoubtedly she is waiting somewhere. Beneath the rubble, beyond the closed door, closing her gentle eyes, she thinks of you.

From Wiki:

Quote:
Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon is set in a post-apocalyptic near future world that has lost its light and is covered in a dense fog. Almost all the world's population has vanished, and the cities have been left abandoned. The game places the player in the shoes of Seto, a young boy.

Seto wanders the world, searching for survivors and the answers behind the disappearance of everyone else. Seto also searches for a mysterious girl named "Heroine"; what her role is in the game is unknown. However in his quest he must deal with ghosts and demons that lurk within the ruins of the abandoned cities.[1][2] Despite this, the producer of the game insists that Fragile is not a survival horror in the same vein as Silent Hill, rather it will focus on "human drama".[3]

The world of Fragile will be filled with wall sketches and short stories for the player to examine and read. A competition will be held where readers of gaming magazines can send in their own sketches and short stories to be included in the game. [3]
The Wii Remote is used as an aid in exploration. Seto has access to a flashlight, controlled by the Wii Remote, to illuminate his surroundings as well to solve puzzles and to interact with the environment. Seto also has a metal detector that the player can also operate using the Wii Remote; this is used to find various items hidden on the ground.

Seto is able to use the flashlight to uncover ghosts, though the means of fighting these ghosts is currently unknown. In released screen shots Seto is seen holding a simple twig, though its use is also currently unknown.

The Moon is thought to play a large role in the game.

Not too much info as of yet.. but from what little we do have, this looks absolutely incredible.

The dialogue in the trailer translates to:

Ah. . .fireflies. . .

This planet is very wide

In this world, overflowing with people

"I wonder why I'm all alone,"

is what everyone thinks about.

Was sold just by seeing this. But then, out of curiousity, I went on the site and it's stunning! The art style of the characters is really well done (it reminded me of No More Heroes... which also makes me think of Gears =/). After seeing the trailer, I think it looks amazing in game too. I'm so curious to how they fully use the Wii features.

I'm still letting the music play now. Because it's soooo relaxing... =]
