Oh, and when I play the Tomb Raider games I always forget that there is a 'walk mode', so I usually end up plummeting to my doom several times per level.
And I keep forgetting that I can present profiles in T&T. (Damn you capcom, why did you release AJ before T&T?

So, I killed this guy who was owning everyone. I think I killed him twice or three times, and then he came up to me after reviving and just beat me down.
I died. And he gave me another hit with the butt of his gun for good measure.
I was like ... "Guess I shouldn't have done that. Guy can't take it..."
I felt stupid and I quit playing. xD;
A really really stupid time...

. But my biggest mess-up ever was when my sister made her own save file on Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and when I saved the file for her, I accidentally saved over my file, where I was on the final dungeon!!!!

I wonder if anyone mentioned this one but Sonic 3 on the Genesis when you get stuck in the carnival zone..boy did i get frustrated standing on the barrel..it was literally a dead end to the game X.x

making a angel chao and a devil one i was getting animals and i pressed the window button....
on my old xp the windows button closes stuff...and i thought i erased 6 HOURS OF WORK.....i wasd sulking for about an hour
then i went back on and.... data was back.....then when i got a vista i accidentally broke the disk....:P

Let's see...there are plenty of FPSes where I THOUGHT my RPG was pointing through the window, when it turned out it was primed and ready to hit the wall 2 inches from my face.

I remember that whenever I play a Final Fantasy game, there's always some point in it when I think that I'm a total pro because I'd been playing it for 5 hours straight that day, so I start shuffling through the menus a lot faster and mashing the x button several times... which usually leads me to: a) have a character attack one of his/her allies b) use a Phoenix Down/hi-potion/X-potion/blah on someone who doesn't need it c) have your character attack his/her/itself... resulting in a KO, thanks to dumb luck. -_-
In TWEWY, there's that one area where you can only battle with pins of a certain brand, but of course I was too lazy to read that and I went straight into battle, only to realize that all of my pins are rendered completely useless and I have to use my partner to defeat the enemies... and Neku can only slide around and try not to die. *despises that I can't run out of those battles* And I'm wondering whether I'm the only one who tends to leave their tin pin slammer pins equipped when I go into battle and realize that Neku's a sitting duck yet again.

I got pokerus, and thought my pokemon was going to do something screwed up, so I released my crobat,
and then I went on the internet to find out what pokerus is, and it turns out pokerus actually HELPS your pokemon level up...
Now I miss my crobat. :(
