Oh oh oh! In CS I go up to my teammates. And when they go to a certain sniping ledge, I stand there and If they want to move all they can do Is fall off and die ^^ (Not really an "Enemy" but to me in video games the terms are exchangeable.)

Call of Duty 4: Slash out a car window with your knife and throw a pack of C4 inside it. No one will notice. Wait for someone to run by that car and blow your C4 (and the car) to smithereens... BOOM!

Counter Strike Source: Have your spray be a picture of an attractive woman. Kill people as they go up and stare at your spray :P (I've been both a victim of this tactic and a killer using it)

Advance Wars series: Want to protect your boats from enemy bombers? Surround your boat with submerged submarines. The enemy can't see your submerged subs unless they have their own units stationed right next to them. More often than not, the enemy bomber will fly towards your "unguarded" boat to bomb it, only to be "ambushed" by your submerged submarines :gant:

(bomber's movement path stops and it cannot attack that turn, hopefully you've got a cruiser or a fighter or something to take care of it)

Finally, the game EarthBound was pretty quirky with how you defeated enemies. For example, the girl in your party (Paula). You can have her attack using PSI attacks (she's probably the most powerful PSI user in the game) or you could have her smack the enemies with her main weapon (...a frying pan).

I think Clock Tower also had an interesting way to defeat most of the enemies/ghosts in the game. All you have to do is find an item which is sentimental to the ghost and give it to them. The easiest way to defeat a ghost instead of throwing a shitload of holy water on them or running away...

Using a fishing rod.

In Twilight Princess, you could distract Ganondorf with a fishing rod, and then while he's still in LaLaLand, attack him. >_>;;;

I also have to add something to Goldeneye 007. In one of the two hidden missions in the game, you had to face Baron Samedi (i forget if that's right or not) in the ruins one on one. You kill him once easily, then he comes back. You can't kill him the second time without that rapid fire weapon (I think the weapon's name was RCP-90 or something...), and then he's revived a third time and cannot be killed without the Golden Gun, in which this stage is the only stage that has it.

The area to the Golden Gun was awkward. there were certain panels you had to follow. If you didn't follow it exactly, an unbreakable glass case appears in front of the gun, the entrance closes, and a bunch of automated turrets pop out to murder you. The only way to escape is to dive out a window three stories high and try again. As soon as you get the golden gun, he dies in one shot.

How the hell does THAT work!?

This might not count, but...

I was playing Star Fox on the Gamecube and fighting that big... long neck... dinosaur... thing. Where you had to ride the other dinosaur. The flying one, or whatever. Anyway, I was doing well, it was nearly dead, but so was I. I landed the final blow, and it managed to kill me at the same time. So I did win but... it glitched. And bam. I was under the world. At first I had no idea what was happening. Then I looked up and saw the map above me.

I suppose Max/Franziska and Ron/Dessie. You should too.

i dont know if this counts but i got to the last boss in sacred stones and i used that dragon girl and did 1 critical hit and his health went all the way down from over 100 to zero

I'd have to say Kirby 64 has some of the strangest ways to defeat enemies. Particularly the final boss, in which you use a fairy and a gun that shoots crystals to hit the boss's eye, then shoot a green spiky tail until it gets so small that he explodes.
