Well, the franchise isn't called "Majestic Mathematician" (or even "Competent Counter") :think-think-think:

This is yet another reason why we need the redesign. Computers are much better at counting.

Why is it that I am unable to see my signature if I have "Attach a signature" selected? Can others see my signature?

I'm not too sure, because I'm here since 4 years and I might have forgotten it, but my guess would be that you might reach a specific number of posts in order that you and also others can see your signature. Which leads me to your next question, no I can't see it.

That's just a wild guess, not sure about that.

Thanks. I guess I can wait until it shows up by itself.

Yeah, wasn't that easy for me, but it's worth the wait. Everyone needs a proper signature.

It's a spam-prevention measure.

Bots will often make new accounts and then post their own topics filled with unsafe links and pictures and other godknowswhat nasty things. If there's something really specific you want a thread made for you can probably ask a mod to sort it out for you :kristoph:

I think the ability to make threads comes at about...40-50ish posts.

Are there rules on double posting? I ask this because there is an instance where I want to post in the thread a few months old but the last post is mine.

For some odd reason, I can't create a thread on the Defendant's Lobby. What the Cabbage?! :edgeworth: And here I thought that you're allowed to create threads on any sections. Seriously, what's the meaning on forbidding users from posting New Threads on Defendant's Lobby? Where you're allowing to create them in Labyrinthia. Just What the Heck is Wrong with this Site?! :grey: Or is this site Inactive? Alright, I'm now really confused. :meekins:

If your planned post contributes something important, we're usually willing to overlook double posts in old threads. If your most recent post in that thread had just been a day or so ago, though, you should probably just edit your new remarks into your previous post.

If we all go contacting to Bolt Storm, then what about Wooster, buddy? What about him?! And besides, why should we contact to Bolt Storm when we can report this to Wooster? Why, Pal, Why??

Seriously? Are you seriously going to question one of the guys who probably know best?
And again in such a high-strung way... even repeating your point a whopping 3 times in rapid succession. Honestly, the problem is that you make everything sound absolutely accusatory. Can't you just ask him normally? Something akin to "Hey, but is Wooster an option too?"
I sometimes wonder if the only thing you drink is Energy Drink or something.

Now, to actually respond to the point itself... If you want to get absolutely technical, BP said that the best bet is Bolt. He never said that any other person would be a bad choice by default.

You can contact whoever you want, buddy. It's just that depending on who you contact, the mistake might not ever actually get fixed :yogi:

Totally recommending Kenji and Ceres.

Kenji is retired. As for Ceres, his profile says he hasn't been on in over a year (why he hasn't formally retired is beyond me). Bolt's probably your best bet for the main site. The forum's mostly my territory these days, so if the problem is on the forum, you should probably bring it up with me.

So, does anyone know how the Rank system, aka the exclamation points, works? I know that you start as Suspect and move up to Desk Jockey at about 40-50 posts, but how many posts does it take to get to Decisive Witness, Medium-in-Training, Prosecutor, or Ace Attorney?

The only one I can remember is that I'm pretty sure Ace Attorney is 1000 posts...

50 posts to become a Desk Jockey, 150 posts to become a Decisive Witness, 300 posts to become a Medium-in-training, 600 posts to become a Prosecutor, and 1,000 posts to become an Ace Attorney.

I heard that if anyone wants to advertise something non-AA Related, they should post it on the Post Conference thread. But what about things that are completely AA-Related? Where should they post it then? I'm sorta confused here.

What cesar said; you can just put it in whichever fanworks subforum it fits.

Sure, that's if you have a project. But what about an entirely completed AA Fangame whose Project has been totally completed?

Post subject:  Re: FAQ

A project doesn't cease to be a project just because it's completed. And completion is quite overrated.

Then you still put it in the appropriate fanworks sub-forum...?

Why is the two topic limit on the Present Testimony forum still in force? (Apart from OC fiction, if that's still happening) I feel like that area is pretty dead?

I much preferred posting my own fan fiction into separate topics as well as reading them. I feel like there's a lot less incentive to read a fic when it's just a bunch of posts or links?

Just wondering what people think of this.
