Any of you like thriller/horror films? If so, name a favorite.

If not, than why?

I love horror movies, my favorite being The Exorcist since it's the only one that managed to seriously freak me out. First saw it when I was 11 or 12. The Ring scared me a bit too, but most people just laugh when I tell them that. XD

Which version of the "Ring"? Both versions make me nervous, but the Japanese version scares me a little more...maybe because I don't know what they are saying. :gumshoe:

I like some. :) The Fog (1980) and Jaws (1975) are two of my favourites. :edgy: I also like Friday the 13th Parts 1-4 & 6. :)

Friday 13th = a good classic.

I confess that I STILL need to see "The Exorcist". And "The Shining"

I <3 'Halloween'. all of it.. I even almost have the theme music down on piano.. I just keep messing up.

I also have to say I also liked 'Saw'.. I thought the Jigsaw was a wicked dude. XD

I saw the American remake in theaters and it scared me quite a bit. Then I bought the Japanese version on DVD. I love both of them.

Horror movies tend to gross me out/make me laugh/both, so I'm not really a fan of the genre. However, I have to say that the Saw movies are pretty interesting, IMO. And genuinely disturbing.

Have you seen the original as well? I like both versions equally to be honest. No comparisons at all.

I saw the re-make. It was disappointing. I still need to see the original one. D=

Nightmare on Elm street was pretty wicked, too. To me, at least,

Versus is a great Japanese zombie movie.

Zombies + Guns + Swords + Knives = Win.
Who? Wright? Yeah, I remember him, I hear he's busy lately. You know, not to ring my own bell, but I sort of taught him everything he knows. I'm sure he's grateful.
