I have to admit, Ai Kora is a lot more likeable and funny than Midori no Hibi. I think it's probably because Hachibe is such a fetishist; also, it seems like he's putting in the same slightly effeminate male character like he did in Midori no Hibi (although, a little more 'manly'), which is still a far cry from the series he did about the kid whose dad looks like a 12 year old girl that everyone wants to rape.

'Midori no Hibi' - Would that be the one about the guy with the girl for a hand? It would explain why I thought the art looked vaguely familiar...

The manga is, in the kindest terms, "formulaic," and while Ai Kora is funny, after a while the same sort of set up gets a little old.
It is, though, funnier than MnH, if only because MnH got really creepy after like two volumes.

When I watched the anime, I kept imagining the fanfiction for it...and vomited -___-;;;
Although, I find this chapter pretty funny, for the fact of a male manga-ka drawing a totally slashable guy (parodying slash, I suppose).

And like I said, he had another series (the name of which I can't remember) in which the kid's father looked kind of like Negi Springfield and all the guys (well, everyone, really--including the kid) spent most of the time going "AWWWWW SO CUTE MUST RAPE"
