Frasier > everything ever.

Most American sitcoms suck balls, but then there are a few classics (Frasier, Sienfeld, Becker) that are absolutely awesome.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is an underrated classic too!

I can't believe nobody's mentioned The Golden Girls yet! That's probably my favorite American sitcom of all time! In addition to that, I also like:

The Office (I used to like the British version better, but that changed once the 3rd season of the American version started. I still love the British version though)
30 Rock
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Growing Pains
Family Matters
Boy Meets World

I was obsessed with the last three when I was growing up, hehe.

Oh yeah I like that show too! But yeah I mostly like the 'classic' sitcoms like Family Matters, Fresh Prince, Seinfeld, etc., and even some of the ones from the 50s-70s. A lot of the newer ones suck imo.

I love Fresh Prince. The best thing is, I'm still kind of new to it (I never watched it back in the day. Only started about 2 years ago). I'm pretty sure I've seen every episode, but I'm not sure.

My favorite Sitcom is Absolutely Fabulous. It's a classic British sitcom.

There's also Everybody hates Chris, Fresh Prince, Malcom in the middle, and this other british sitcom I saw once and thought it was funny, they don't air it on BBC America anymore though.

Omg, this is one of my favorites as well. And Seinfeld.

Always Sunny In Philadelphia is amazing, but I never got around to watching most of it. It's a future investment, for sure.

Yeah, The Golden Palace was kind of a disappointment. Poor writing + no Bea Arthur = a lackluster spinoff.

Ah, I forgot, I was also really into Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley when they were on Nick at Night. Ah memories...

Turnabout Clerk, a "sitcom" is basically just a "situation comedy". Sitcoms usually consist of recurring characters in a common place (like home, workplace, bar, etc.) where a situation happens. Usually contains a laugh track.

That said, I like:

-Fraiser
-Get Smart
-I Love Lucy
-Married... with Children
-It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
-Boy Meets World
-The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
-That 70's Show
-The Nanny

Some of my favorites are Friends, How I met Your Mother, 30 Rock, and That 70s Show. Others that I like are Seinfeld and Frasier but I don't watch them as much.
In terms of comedy shows I like Saturday Night Live and The Soup
