Also if you've read my interpretation everything else in the song it is just a mesh of random conversations and school girl quotes. The refrain, chorus-line is something always referring to the Sailor Fuku (how long it is, how it looks like etc.). I just realized wrapping actually refers to the skirt... I...think I should go change that.

I was equal parts entranced, laughing, and wondering what the hell are they doing talking about food for almost half the episode. If I had a Godot mask, it would've exploded 5 times and burned off 8 more before the end.
I'll admit, though, it was fun. Perhaps tomorrow I'll get to episode 2... or I'll try the sub. Who knows?
