*ahem* Although their songs in that one Camp Rock movie were bearable, what I despise is that Disney is completely milking them for everything they are or aren't worth. I go to target and I see binders, shirts, purses, underwear, and it should only be a matter of time before they release a Camp Rock video game. *sigh* And I'd never even heard of that Demi Lavato (dunno if I put her name right) chick before the movie, and suddenly everyone's making such a big deal about her, with girls shouting, "ZOMG I WANNA GO C HER IN CONCERT, SHE'Z SO KEWL!!111" bah, it makes me sick.

Anyway, it's not that I hate the Jonas Brothers per se... it's just that they really aren't that good, but Disney channel is advertising them and that's the only reason all the fans are fans. Not because they're good musicians, but because Disney went, "ZOMG L00K TH3Y R TEH K0OLEZT!" and all of a sudden everyone is going "ZOMG TH3Y R TEH K0OLEZT!" A perfect example of this is that Camp Rock girl, as Jade pointed out.
For all of these Disney Channel stars, I always wonder how much of them actually sing/play the guitar/play the drums/whatever in the song and how much of it is computers/actually talented people.
Oh, and GGGGGGGGRRRRRRAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH. The Jonas Brothers are just cash cows that Disney is milking for all they're worth =\

I'll admit that I don't watch Disney channel all that much, but my younger brother does, and I hate having to listen to their songs every other commercial, and dear god, the hype, THE HYPE.... Ugh, this band (if you can even call it a true 'band.') is absolutely HORRID. They can't sing worth shit!! >_< I saw them on So You Think You Can Dance (my one guilty pleasure TV show. XD) and I was like, "Who the hell are these assclowns?" The sad part was, everyone was cheering and screaming for them. Bleargh.
Any performers that come from the Disney Channel are insta-FAIL for me. >_<

oh, and on the more general subject of disney stars, it just makes me wanna stab a nearby person (luckily I disperse those needs with Trauma Center and not in real life
) when I see stars that you first only saw in, say, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (I'm lookin at you, Ashley Tisdale) and then all of a sudden, after her appearance in High School Musical makes your ears bleed, I see one day in between all those medication commercials a small clip of a concert that Ashley Tisdale had. I thought it was Jessica Simpson for a sec, since she was movin' all seductive and stuff. But no it was the bleached blonde girl who was never actually a singer, yet somehow used a stupid straight-to-TV musical as an excuse for her to magically become a famous singer....

They've covered 'My name is Jonas' by Weezer just because of the name; which means they have a moderately good taste in music for a TDS Band (Teen Disney Sell-out). I'd rather they cover songs than make up their own.

I miss all of the nice shows that used to be on kids channels that used to be fine, though perhaps I am biased by nostalgia and as I was younger I could not see their crappyness? I also wish Disney would stick to making wonderful, animated masterpieces or other charming movies. Not the standard, let's pick in an activity, and make a girl do it. Ooh look at the drama as they won't accept it because she's a girl/ doesn't fit in, ooh, she has boy trouble with the main male on the team, ooh!
I have avoided listening to the Jonas brothers, so I don't know much about them, but if they're like the rest...

Ok so i don't HATE them i don't hate anyone inless they did something specifically to me...
Still, i find them so freaking annoying with their stupid whiney voices and there stupid "wholesome image" not that i'm in anyway insulting them for being christian (As i am one myself) but i still find all of that "We have purity rings" really really iritating, YES WE KNOW YOU HAVE PURITY RINGS stop reminding us this all the time!!!

Ok so i don't HATE them i don't hate anyone inless they did something specifically to me...
Still, i find them so freaking annoying with their stupid whiney voices and there stupid "wholesome image" not that i'm in anyway insulting them for being christian (As i am one myself) but i still find all of that "We have purity rings" really really iritating, YES WE KNOW YOU HAVE PURITY RINGS stop reminding us this all the time!!!
As i live in the U.K i don't have to put up with it THAT much but three of my best friends are really obsessed with America and the Jonas brothers and get really offended when i make fun of their stupid annyoing voices.
Anyway, I'm done complaining about them so i will go and rant some more to my friends.
+ None of them are particulary attractive, especially not Nick (I love nicks name though!) and Kevin the only half way decent looking one is Joe but i'm not so mad on his looks either.
