They probably will keep the original openings like all their other dubs (aside from DBZ and GT), and shorten it and/or keep just one for TV broadcast.

Enel and his priests used "mantora" instead of mantra, the priests were called "vassals", Gan Fall was called "Gunfall", and other such things. Thankfully, a bunch of the Funi subbers were able to convince Toei to let them use the original names for most everything.
A few changes that are known and that will probably stay: Enel is Eneru, Zoro is Zolo, Nami's Climatact is now the Climate Baton, and probably a few I'm forgetting. The subbers are also trying to see if they can use "Zoro" for the subs at least. No news on that.
People at cons have been asking voice actors and it looks like Funi is doing auditions for main characters because we know Vic Mignogna has tried out for Luffy and Usopp. I'm also sure most people are expecting the voice cast to be revealed at Anime Expo and maybe something else, since Funi says they have a big announcement about One Piece at that time.

Seriously though FUNi is nowhere near as bad as 4kids. Heck they did Detective Conan for goodness sakes. They've done other series as well which have more mature content than One Piece has such as FMA for example. One Piece will be fine. Heck if DBZ can also get good treatment why can't One Piece? :)

One Piece is dubbed in, at the very least, Spanish and German. The German dub's actors are excellent (I think, at least.), although they are fairly happy with yanking random scenes from the animation. I know that a lot of people have mentioned that the German dub takes away scenes unpredictably. The German dub recently reached the point of dubbing the Sogeking theme song, so it's moving along very nicely. German One Piece episodes can be found easily on Youtube. As for the Spanish dub, the episodes are very elusive. Some of the voices don't match up with the characters very well, and some do. For one, Luffy seems to sound a lot older than he should.
Agreed on the German dub acting, it's really superb (Germans are very good at dubbing animes :3) I watched the German version before I turned to the Japanese version. Luffy's voice is very special yet fitting and Chopper sounds okay even though he's voiced by a man. And I love the first opening theme.
I saw the show dubbed on Greek about two years ago when I was holidaying on Crete, I accidentally turned on the tv in my hotel room and One Piece episode 85 was on. The dub was horrendous from what I remember, Chopper had the voice of an old man and Luffy sounds, like in the Spanish version, older than he is. I can't remember more, unfortunately. I've seen worse, though. *cough*finnishdigimondub*cough* >___>
Every opening theme in One Piece has its own charm. They're all catchy and upbeat yet they differ from each other.
I like "Brand New World" aka the 6th opening theme the most~

NAMI'S AND ROBIN'S VOICES ARE SPOT-ON PERFECT! Zoro sounds a little deep, Usopp and Luffy are bland, and Sanji's VA fits his persona perfectly but sounds little high-pitched. Chopper's voice is annoying. I wonder how Buggy's, Kuro's, Krieg's, Arlong's, and Crocodile's voices will turn out...

I agree with Chopper's voice (If I thought 4kids' Chopper was girly, this IS a girl. o_0)
But I prefer most of the voices over 4kids'... If I saw this first, I would probably not vehemently despise Usopp and Sanji to the core.
4kids makes really weird edits... Just 10 from the top of my head:
Kuina is sent to the hospital forever instead of dying >_>
Bellemere is sent to the dungeoun of doom instead of being shot <_<
Hellmeppo's Pistol changed to Spring Hammer of doom (Don't ask) and Lucky Roux's pistol changed to corkgun
Rifles changed to water guns, or sometimes recolored to fluorescent green/blue
The infamous Sanji's cigarette -> Lollipop
Wine to water, alcohol changed colors and renamed as "power juice"
One of Buggy's black crewmen changed to a white crewman (I'm serious. o_0)
Blood removed, but impalement remains (Kid: If I stab myself, I won't bleed! *stabs self and dies*)
Lines completely changed (I'm not talking about cursing; but serious scenes changed to jokes and pun time)
Plotholes galore (Laboon and Little Garden arcs completely cut, plotholes poorly covered)
Episodes removed as a whole (They managed to get ~135 episodes down to ~90)
