Anyway, back on subject, if possible. I was looking at the list of athletes that, so far, qualified in Table Tennis for the 2008 summer Olympics, and, well, lets just say they are quite a lot of Chinese-sounding names from non-asian countries. I mean, we have Zhi Wen of Spain, Wu Jiaduo of Germany, Liu Jia of Austria, Li Jiao of the Netherlands, Li Qian of Poland, Gao Jun & Wang Chen of the United States and Lin Ju & Wu Xue of the Dominican Republic. And its still early in the qualification period. So, so far, we have 21 players that come from Europe and North America, and 9 of them have Chinese origins... Thats about 43%.
Scary how good Chinese are at Table Tennis...
