Definitely one of my favorite openings of all times. It carries the emotion of Monster very well. Have you read the manga as well?

I used to have the whole series on there, along with all of Robot Carnival, but I knew it wouldn't be long until YouTube took it back down. At least they left the opening and endings up ... 
I'm reading the manga as it comes out in America. Even though I know exactly what'll happen, I still find I can't put the manga down once I pick it up! I loves it!

Haven't ever really cared much for any other series' openers/closers. Usually I just skip past them.
Edit: Actually, I remember that I used to like the ending to another one... Cowboy Bebop had it, I think. I don't recall too well.

Has anyone seen Paprika?
I just saw this Movie andI need to watch it again because Im Confoosed.
I had heard the movie was great, and I sort of liked it mainly for the beautiful animation and variety of artwork within the film. I got basic premise of the story but I could not help feel like there was more too the story left to be "discovered" or "realized."

If you're confused by Paprika, I'd love to see you take on Paranoia Agent, which also happens to be his best work. People really seem to make PA out like there's more to it and confuse the hell out of themselves because of it (despite how it's very bluntly stated what it's 'about' in the last two episodes).

Ah, okay, I read the manga first, and then watched the anime. May I suggest 20th Century Boys, also by Urasawa? It's a fantastic story, and has the same beautiful art, and it'll be released in English after Monster is done.
PA was brilliant. <3 Satoshi Kon is one of the few people out there who's name instantly captures my attention for an anime, and I've loved everything I've seen. I think the trick in a Satoshi Kon flick is just to take in the movie, and then watch it again and just let everything settle into place - don't push for answers.
