Post subject:  Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Just thought I'd make a topic for other fans [if there are any] of the show on the forums.

It's been one of my favourite shows for a few years, since I watched it at like 7 years old for the monsters and revisited it recently only to find the writing humourous and touching :edgy:

So anyong got favourite quotes / moments / characters? Someone else can get the ball rolling.

Buffy, huh? I wasn't a huge fan of it until last year, when I started renting the DVDs to watch it over again. But I found now that I'm older, it's a lot better. There's a lot of adult humor you wouldn't catch when you were younger (I didn't, anyway) and the violence just turned me off.

Anyway!

Now that I own all seven seasons, I'd say I'm pretty seasoned. As seasoned as you can be without watching Angel or reading the comic books, but I digress.

I think the best part of the whole show, well one of the best parts, was the episode where the student was wearing the jersey, and it made the girls fall in love with him, most specifically Anya, Dawn and Buffy? And Buffy went to the school to try and kill Principal Wood with the rocket launcher, and then Spike tackled her? Yeah. Awesome.

That, and the musical...which I still listen to all too frequently.

I wonder if I should spoil this...it's quite an old show. Huh.

I admit it, I like the show.

My favorite episode so far is when they lost their voices. "Hush" I think the episode was called.

Yeah I've seen all the eps but not Angel or the comic, the same as you Luciae.

My favourite characters are probably Willow and Anya, for different reasons but I love them both.

And my my fave eps I think ... Hush as the person above said is brilliant, and the lecture room scene is hilarious.
I love the Musical episode and the one after that Tabula Rasa where they forget who they are.
Aaaand The Body is possibly my favourite episode... it always gets me when Anya is questioning why people have to die and why Joyce won't just be there in the morning.
Also I love the episodes the Gift, Wish, and The Zeppo.

So many specific moments from the show are great too though... like when Dawn finds out shes the key and comes in all "Is this blood?"

i'll shut up :)

Oh God, I loved this show so much. I still have posters up on... my... wall..... You didn't hear that O_o;;;
I bet I'd still love it if I watched the box sets I bought. Willow was my fave character, since the 2nd series <3
Some of my fave episodes were Becoming parts 1 & 2, Hush, Doppelgangland (sp? O_o;) and Once More With Feeling. That last one is the one where they all keep bursting into song. Oh WOW, I loved that episode so much, I bought it especially on DVD x3
