I saw the first couple of episodes at uni this year as it was a guest show, and it looked pretty good actually. Seems to be a bit obscure and low-profile though.

Yeah, just found out about it a couple of months ago. One of the better hidden gems.

I did a quick check and there's no EU release at all for this. :/

It is on DVD and Hulu though for people in the US who are curious.

Does we even do these things anymore?

My friend picked it up while we were at A-Kon. The dub is very well done. I will never see a hotter man than Masa now.

Well shit. It's been a few years since Seto no Hanayome aired. Brings back memories, kind of. I'm young enough that even 2007 I was still forming future nostalgia.

I had been following the manga, so I knew from the first episode I would most definitely dig it. But I was surprised at the end result of how high quality the animation ended up being. Watched it every week until it conclusion, which was pretty perfect.

Good adaptation, good series.
