For me, mine would have to be the western Darkstalkers, Mega Man and Street Fighter cartoon series. But I don't like them because I think they're good. They're stupid and terrible, which is why I like them. They're so bad that they circle around and end up being entertaining. When I watched clips of them being on YouTube, I realized I just had to have the DVD sets for that reason.
Plus they have a lot of ridiculous moments that just end up making them all the more greater because they're so awful. Like a running joke in the Darkstalkers series where everyone thinks Rikuo is "curiously attractive for a fish man" and says so out loud. It's so corny that it's amazing they got away with it.
My favorite moment would have to be the tiny Dee Jay running out an elevator due to an animation mistake in one of the Street Fighter episodes. It made me burst into laughter when I first saw it.

This topic will soon devolve into just that anyways. The premise for these topics is something really hard to answer, seriously. Especially when you say everyone as in Critically Panned or Universally Hated. There are usually reasons for this. There's always fans of something, no matter the quality, but the amount of people on CR that will... say, like something such as the Twin Peaks movie will be hard to find. Or they won't even think of it, because they're too busy talking about Freakazoid. In this topic.

I watch Ikkitousen: Great Guardians for the story.
Even though it's highly looked down upon, I still like some episodes of Inuyasha.
I like Bible Black for the story as well
I think Tales of the abyss is a pretty nice show, those "HUURR I PLAYED THE GAME AND THE CHARACTERS SUCK" people need to shut the hell up.
I also watch Total Drama Island and look forward to the Secret Satudays.

Yeah, It was one of Adult Swims more popular shows. It just ended because they can only get the same gags to so long before it's gets old. Also, Stephen Colbert leaving the show really didn't help. Still, it did extremely on Adult Swim and the DVDs weren't nothing to sneeze at either.

It wasn't that bad, surely.
I'm going to put forward Star Trek: Enterprise. Sure it's not as good as the TOS/TNG, but most of the episodes were OK at least, unlike Voyager which was a god awful abomination, in my view. The only really awful episode of Enterprise, in my opinion, was arguably the final one, which is a good example of how not to end a long running, successful science-fiction series.
