I used to love this show and some of the other ones, even the movies.

The older Batman movies were alright. Batman Begins was fairly boring.


The DCAU (DC Animated Universe) Batman shows were great. The Batman, however, is awful.


Any reason you're not including Justice League, though? Some of Batman's greatest animated moments happened on JLU.

Batman is the only fictional superhero that I actually paid attention to. I just found Batman more interesting than Superman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, etc.

Batman Begins was made of epic win in my book. I've never been so enthralled with a superhero movie much less one that portrays Batman's background and childhood as accurately as it did. So dark and intense and downright awesome...can't wait for its sequel.

Batman himself seems interesting but most media these days butcher his image as 'The Dark Knight' and twist it into something else *coughBatmanandRobincough* and there hasn't been a good Batman video game since forever.

Regardless, he's right up there with The Incredible Hulk, Nightcrawler, Spider-Man, and the Juggernaut on my list of fav superheroes. Too bad I never read the comics (same for every other superhero) so I don't know about his past as well as I would like to.

Batman Begins was awesome. The Dark Knight sounds great from what I've heard so far from the teaser trailer. Man, Heath Ledger has got the Joker laugh down. Of course the original Batman movie rocked, so did Batman Returns. Batman Forever was well done, Val Kilmer did a pretty dang good job following in Keaton's footsteps. But Batman & Robin, gah, that was horrible.

As for animated. The orginal Batman Animated was awesome, Batman Beyond was a fun series on the future take of Batman and the new one, The Batman, is interesting (not my fave but it has it's moments). Especially, the Batman vs Dracula movie. Talk about DARK. Man was that movie dark and creepy which made it a WIN!
