After a long time I finally re-joined the forums after the old ones died. And now that I've beaten all three games theres nothing that can be spoiled so, I'm safe. And due to horrible sickness I'm stuck home :uramidn: .

What I am now looking for in the waiting time between the fabled "Turnabout Anime" I have decided to become more cultured in my anime pallet. I've enjoyed mostly secondary Mainstream anime. Detesting One Piece and Naturo alike, mostly sticking to Death Note, Goodbye Mr. Despair, and a few other ones.

But I am now looking for historic gems, ones that broke the mold or created ones. I've collected "historic" ones sch as Urotsukidōji, but am still lacking. So please court records, you collection of artists and assholes help me. Once there suggested Ill add them to here to help others that come looking for refined taste.

Not sure if this is what you meant by historic but try the Gundam series. Since it's humble beginnings with First Gundam it has made countless animes, mangas, games, parodies etc.

Drama.....hm..... I'd say School days. Technically it's not historical but it's very good IMO. It goes from happy and cutesy to Sad and depressing to "OMFG! Did that just happen!?!?!?"
Anywho. I recommend it to anyone looking for an out of the ordinary love story. You can find them on Veoh.com. Also......It's mostly in Japanese but you'll pretty much understand what's going on regardless.....
