Are You Kidding?

I Would Really Like To Be On X-Play,
And Really See Adam In Real Life.

Only one post was needed. Also I think he means being an Intern on the show Soup.

...until the guys who did Judgement Day and Electric Playground left G4TV and moved to Gamestop's closed circuit tv.

Anyway, I usually submit bogus questions to "Cheat!" just so I can see what they can come up with in terms of jokes for it, but they are usually never answered on TV... T_T

For eample, X-Play never reviewed One Piece: Unlimited Adventure (at least I don't think they did) and I wanted to see what material they had for it, but alas, no review or even a slight mention of the game other than "The Feed"...

I remember a time when Morgan wasn't on X-Play. Didn't Adam use to host it on his own way way before?

and it only got a 5 on xplay because it was highly anticipated. they also gave mana khemia a 4 and letting someone else review it and giving TWEWY a 5 because theyre treading on thin ice now. people on message boards like these were tearing xplay a new hole for giving games a bad review for:

a. the system it was on or
b. if it had blood and guts and all that

they still do it now, but theyre very careful on what games they choose

its reviewers like xplay, game informer, egm, ign and the douches on gamefaqs(those who give a game a bad score because they felt it was overhyped) that are making true reviewers like me and a few online friends lose credibility, meaning people wont take us seriously because these people dont like the fact that a game isnt a bloodfest

I do kinda wonder though, why was there only like...one other Review show on all of G4? and that one wasn't nearly as popular? I think it was called Judgment day. The guys on it weren't that great, but they did keep their focus on the actual review of the games.

I moved about a year and a half ago, and I haven't been able to get G4 (or Fuel) since. But before I moved, I noticed a downward pattern in the stations' overall quality, especially since they got rid of their anime shows (I liked it when they had Lain and Gatekeepers 21), and then turned the whole station into a total guy station.

Meh. I like it mainly because it's one of the few video game-centric shows on a video game network. But I do like its occasional quirkiness. I'll only watch if they're reviewing a game I know, though.

Xplay soldout. There stupid and lame. They selled out to the game makers. Their not funny anymore, their not what they used to be. G4 itself went bad. Once all game shows, now we have cops, Ninja Warrior, and other stupid stuff

I hate ninja warrior.. Ninja warrior was on when X-PLAY was supposed to be on. I hate cops (the show).. cops (the show) is showing to be on at TODAYS X-PLAY!! It would be 10 times better without Morgan. G4 isnt a reliable game review place at all....really. a couple of days ago they played Unbeatable Banzuke for like, 40 hours straight. :<

I still watch X-Play, even though it seems to have gone downhill. Hell, G4 as a whole has gone downhill. >_< I love "Crazy Adam's Import Emporium" though. They always seem to find some boy's love game to talk about.

Haha, I actually enjoy this show xD; I haven't watched an episode in like, 2 years or something but I remember laughing every time I watched. It was interesting because they provided videos to the games so I got a few ideas on what to buy. I rarely follow their recommendations though. It was more of a, "Well... Thanks for providing a preview. It looks interesting so I guess I'll buy it. Even if you did tell me otherwise D:" In a way, it's like watching MythBusters. Entertainment and information rolled into one. I remember a time when Morgan wasn't on X-Play. Didn't Adam use to host it on his own way way before?

I liked it back when just Adam was on it and they didn't try to put nearly as much "humor"(if you wanna call it that) into the reviews.

Most of its reviews are actually very credible. Some are quite shitty, as I've enjoyed many games that they've blasted to all hell, but you have to remember that PERSONAL OPINION plays a huge part in all this, and no matter what, everyone will see a game differently than one another SOMEHOW. Even if a game is the shittiest ever, someone will play it because they somehow see it differently. EDIT: I will admit, however, that Gameinformer tends to leave its previews and reviews to the more expected games, especially since tons come out every month. But hey, most people who read those mags EXPECT info for the anticipated games!
