ELR has to be my 2nd favourite sitcom of all time. Ray Romano is a really funny guy. What are your opinions on this show?

Plus Frank Boyle was God.

Yeah, for being a comedy show, it was amazingly realistic. It's too bad they stopped making new episodes a few years ago. Then again, it's a good thing that they don't beat it like a dead horse.

I love this show. I love how they actually portray family life for the way it is. Peter Boyle has got to be my favorite character though! Just the random things he says always crack me up. I am sad that they stopped making episodes, but I'm glad that they didn't overdo it. So glad we don't have family members who just invite themselves in without knocking! XD

I love this show!

I thought the FBI episode was one the greatest they've ever made, I love it!

But like the rest of you guys said, At least they didn't overdo it. Which is a good thing, because America always ruins any good TV show after about a few years.

An episode I really like is the one where Robert starts acting black and dresses in the pimp suit. It's really great XD

I watch it all the time, just sad there won't be anymore episodes.

Favorite is probably the one where Robert joins the cult. "Hey Dolly!"
Robert is my favorite character, maybe because I'm kind of like him.
Atticus Finch is my hero.

Yeah, it's a great show. Marie was a really big bitch most of the time. She along with Frank and Robert, always crack me up. My parents seem to love that show, especially my dad.

Ehhh, it was funny, but Deborah REALLY got on my nerves easily.

Frank and Robert were awesome though.

I agree about Debra. For some reason, it felt like that she ALWAYS had to be right. Watching the show, there are some instances where Ray should be right, but she always has to win. That did tend to get on my nerves.

What I meant was that this show actually portrays it more realistically than other sitcoms I have seen.

My late grandfather, who passed away a month ago, really, really loved Everybody Loves Raymond. He watched it every night, and almost always slipped reference to the show into everyday conversation (A.I.S.!). I guess I've got a soft spot for it, because of that. :]

I believe the name you are looking for is either Peter Boyle (the name of the actor) or Frank Barone (the name of the character he played). On both counts, I agree.

Now, the show was very good, but I'm more of a Two-and-a-half Men person myself.

EDIT:

Gant likes to watch Everybody Loves Raymond. He enjoys it a bit too much, and he acts just like he does in those sprites.
:gant: I love this show! I need to get the DVD so I can RAEP the disc!
Now that is something you DON'T want to see in a sprite.

I like the episode where there is an arguement and the adults handle it immaturely and pick sides!

All sarcasm aside though folks, except for the fact that they have some silly argument in which they pick sides in almost all the episodes, I think ELR is a good sitcom

Frank Boyle is da bomb
