I hope we haven't had a topic like this already. I did preform a search and nothing came up. Has anyone else seen this? I just started getting into it and I'm loving it so far. If I had to describe it I'd call say: The definition of the term "random anime" XD Basically it's about this 11 year old, half-American half-Japanese, genius girl, teaching at a Japanese high-school. It's very funny and extremely random... so I recommend checking it out if you haven't already. What do those who have seen it think of it? Good? Bad? Funny? Not funny? Random? Makes perfect sense? Himeko is a blatant lesbian? As far as dubs go, this one's got a pretty good one in my opinion. The only two voices I don't like in the dub are Himeko's and Rei's. But other then that it's quite good. |

Maho~ Maho~ Maho~ (I'll shut up now) I LOVE this show. But, sadly, since I never buy anime DVD's (Cuz I spend all my cash oh clothes...), I only got to watch it on its short run on The Anime Network on Demand. And, I refuse to watch subs, since I actually like to contribute to the American anime companies, by buying merhcandise. Becky is DEFINATELY my favorite. |

Well I just finished the series. I really enjoyed it even though it made no sense (at the same time it did, weird huh?). I think the last episode was a tad disappointing though. I mean I enjoyed the fanservice... but the whole thing was a tad boring. The whole episode seemed unessasary, because the previous one felt more like a final episode and it would have been a good place to end it. I hear rumours of a second series, and I hope that's true. Well the first thing I saw was in the episode where they have a study sleepover, Rei says she needs a stuffed animal and Himeko says "You can cuddle me if you want". Then in the episode where they go into Himeko's dream, when they find out they can dream up their own powers Himeko gives Rei "Boob missles" (my favourite anime attack of all time). Then in the episode where the school is attacked and Rebecky saves everyone with Pani Poni X, Himeko tries looking up Rei's skirt. If that wasn't enough, in episode 20 she burried her head in Rei's boobs saying "She smells good!" Also: Spoiler: Episode 25 |
