Smirking at Randy's suggestion, Lenobia found herself warming to the eccentric reporter. Finally, time to stretch my legs. She took off after him, relishing the liquid energy she found when she ran. Though not as exhilirating as being on a horse. Lenobia quickly caught up to Randy, keeping pace with him for a second to smirk a him before pulling ahead, laughing with her head still facing him before she crashed straight into Howl's back. "Ahh!"

Angel heard the announcement that the second challenge was over. "Finally," she responded. She was then surprised that both Randy and Lenobia ran back, the latter hitting Howl. "Haha! It seems Howl's having fun, even if he looks serious. Well, at least I got help in erasing that sand drawing!" Then she sat down on the sand and began making a sandcastle.

I've been away for far too long.
So long, in fact, that all of my signatures now exist behind a paywall.
Bummer.

Randy smiled as Lenobia caught up to him. Perfect. It was time to do something awesomely epic, he decided. He ran to the side and attempted to tackle her, but she already ran ahead. Instead he wound up tackling a palm tree...With his head.
"Ow...Who put that tree there?" he asked, trying to make the blood coming out of his head seem like no big deal as he put his hand on the wound. "Um...Anyone got any bandages?"

Howl's impeccable ears picked up the slight disturbance of the sand. He turned around milliseconds before Lenobia rocketed into him, insufficient time to react. Howl fell to the ground from an obtrusient push and laid on the sand in a silent daze. He picked his head up to see Lenobia laying on top of him. If there was a color more red than red... it was flush upon Howl's face. He sat silently... gazing upon Lenobia and the entire awkwardness of the situation. "U...Uh..." He stuttered, trying to separate the intense explosion of emotions he was feeling... and the fact behind the etching he drew.

Lenobia landed on top of Howl with a small oof, her hands flying in front of her to break her fall so that she stopped with her hands resting on his chest. Raising her head, she saw his red complexion and took the source to be pain, getting off him quickly and dusting herself off before offering a hand to him. "I'm sorry! Did I hurt you?" Hearing a thump, she turned her head, throwing Randy a bandage from her pack before reaching back down to Howl.

Christine stopped and turned around, seeing Randy hit the coconut tree, his head bleeding. Before she could get to him, though, Lenobia tossed him a bandage. "With that bandage, I think he can handle himself," Christine muttered, and continued to sculpt the sandcastle, getting more water to make the sand easier to sculpt.

"N-No... you hurt me? N-No..." He picked up himself from the sand, wiping the excess from his still-scarlet vest. He nodded at Lenobia for the offered help, even though he didn't take it. "Well... that was certainly... awkward. Might I ask what the rush was? And how did you manage not to see something of myself?" More of, what are we going to do about the end of this challenge?

"I was...racing with Randy." Lenobia laughed at how childish it sounded, putting her hand back into her pocket. "I was concentrating on him, so I didn't see you." She grinned at him before becoming her serious self again. "So. If the task is finished, we tell the Owl about what we did?" Lenobia said for his ears only.

Smiling sneakily as Howl ducked his head closer to hers, Lenobia nodded. "Deal." She leaned back so she could look at the Owl before turning back to her comrade. "Do you think the next challenge will be physical?" she said conversationally.

Randy caught the flying bandages and quickly wrapped up his head.
"Th-thank you," he said, not missing how Howl stuttered. See? She's Howl's. Maybe you should focus on Christine instead... But then he heard Lenobia say she was concentrating on him so hard, she didn't even see Howl. He smiled slightly in spite of himself. Take that, Mr. Ingmune. ...Oh, maaaan. How can I think that? What kind of person am I?
"Erm...Would you like help with that?" he asked Christine, more to stop his thoughts than anything. Then, Lenobia asked if they thought the next challenge would be physical.
"Um...I kinda hope not," Randy answered. He was never that great with physical stuff...But Lenobia probably was. He started wondering about all the things she could do...
"A-anyway, would you, Christine?" Just stop thinking.

Howl coughed as Randy stepped into the question.

"Um...I kinda hope not,"

He watched as Randy's attention floated towards Christine, and he broke his answer in. "Honestly, no. Because by not using reverse-psychology which will not be used ontowards the host, he will not double-think the thoughts of which he may or may not choose to make the challenge physical. So in short-hence, no I do not think it won't possibly be not a physical challenge, no?" He laughed. "But it would be nice if it was... do something more than play a child's game... although a game of island-castaway hide-and-seek wouldn't be too bad. Maybe fun in a sense."

Lenobia blinked with confusion at Howl's reverse reverse something psychology. It was just too confusing for her to follow. She laughed at her own ignorance, folding her arms. "I never thought I'd hear you say the word 'fun', Howl," she teased. "Although I do think that would be fun. You'd never find me," she taunted, sticking her tongue out at the stoic man.

Christine smiled, and nodded. "Sure, I'd love some help!" she said, and continued to work, while telling him how to help. "Just grab a handful of wet sand, and sculpt it whatever way you like. I'll look for decorations fir the castle first," she said, and went up, walking along the beach to find any shells. She thought, "Is Randy helping me because Lenobia's already with Howl? I wonder..."

"Okay," Randy said, feigning eagerness as Howl and Lenobia talked about hide and seek. Randy smiled slightly. There was one thing he was good at. Hiding. And that was why he was still alive. He started making something in the sand, not really knowing what to make. Maybe a sand window? He tried making one, but it collapsed. "Oops." He tried making a little flag to go on top of the castle, but just as he was making the final touches, he accidentally knocked it over and the sand became another pile of...Well, sand. "Okay, I give up," Randy said, laughing.

"The other team didn't get anything..." Lloyd said to himself, sighing.
The Owl overheard this.
"Well, they didn't, did they? Which means they cannot be eliminated from this contest!" The Owl said, winking.

"What?!" Lloyd said, turning his head to the other team.
"Why?!" He asked

((Christine shouldn't really think Lenobia and Howl are together, the only indication she's seen is Howl's drawing - there's no evidence she likes him yet.))

Lenobia grinned at Lloyd before gesturing to the man next to her. "It was Howl who figured it out. I'll let him explain." She smiled at him proudly. There's also the fact that I don't know how to word things properly, unlike Mr. logic here.

Howl sighed, taking in the moment. He smiled a victorious grin. "Let me state something first, then I will move onto my reasoning."

"The Hotel Team MUST vote one of their own off tonight; no questions."

He didn't speak for a minute, letting that soak into the other team.

"Now, with that said, let's recall the rules of elimination. This is not to be a personal attack towards the Owl, I find loopholes for a profession, but he spun a rather weak web of rules, one of which had a gaping hole. There were two kinds of people who couldn't be voted off;

1. Whoever found the Christmas Pudding, which no one did.
2. Those who do not participate.

And thus, only one type of person Could be voted off;

3. Those who took part in the challenge.

And now for the kicker..." Howl said sarcastically, trying to snap his reasonings out as harsh as possible.

"No one on the Jungle team participated, whereas everyone on the Hotel took place in the challenge. Everyone on the Jungle team is safe. Everyone on the Hotel team will be subjected to voting one of their own off."

Howl took one last minute to pause. "All that hard effort to find these 'items' to add to a pot you may never see..." He folded his arms across his chest. "What was now 4-3... is now about to be 4-2." He placed a smile upon his face. "I hope none of you planed to win this thing; probabilities don't lie... the Jungle team will demolish all of you."

As Howl explained to the Hotel team, Lenobia felt a slow grin spread onto her face. It was clear that he was used to explaining things - the pauses he used as well as the rises and falls in pitch and volume of his speech added a certain power to his explanation. He really does know what he's doing. Although..his last statement was incorrect. The hotel team may get eliminated, but only one of us can win.

As she remembered this fact, her expression fell into a more sombre one. Lenobia wouldn't have thought it possible, but she had already grown fond of Randy's boyish personality. Howl was...distant, but she still liked to be around him. I've let people in. I need to...distance myself more. Making a mental note to do just that, her heart sank. Shame. I do enjoy talking with them.

Christine came back, and giggled. "It's alright, Randy. There's always a first time for everything! Now come on, and I'll show you how to make a simple tower." She sat down on the ground and took a handful of wet sand. "First, you have to gather the sand into the hill, like so. Then, just smooth the sides until you make a circular tower." Christine continued explaining, and showing until she finished a tower, and added three shells to its side. "Now let's see you do it."
