(A roleplay stated in Don's coffee shop.
Its in general because it isn't really THAT serious and there aren't any forms as such.)

Takes place: Just after T&T.

Case description: A Butler from England has been put on trial for mass-murder. The crime took place in a back alley in downtown L.A. 40 people were murdered with Microfiliment piano wires in a few swipes. No bodies were found but there was blood EVERYWHERE. 3 people witnessed the crime and shall be testifying in court. The man has big contacts from an organization he is in, yet he says he is 'Under oath' by his boss. And last but not least, he has admitted he did it.

BIG NOTES: Noticed by Jade was that the man himself and everything about him was related to a character from the manga 'Hellsing.' The job, the murder weapon, the name, the country of origin. All of it. So hits have been gotten by reading the manga.

Jade made her way down to the detention. She was meant to be meeting Cross and Credable there... It was the first time she had teamed up wither her opponent, but something wasn't right with this... He said he did it but there was something more... Something he was hiding... And she had to find out.
Entering the detention center she sighed and sat on a chair close to the entrance. 'These are never comfy'

Fifteen minutes passed before Athena and Ben walked through the doorway, Athena carring a dark bown briefcase and Ben lugging a backpack choc-full of the mangas he was told to gather from his apartment. Athena noticed Jade right away and greeted her. "Glad you could make it," she said politely. then back to Ben. "Be sure not to drop any of those, now. They're vital evidence."

"You're talking about my babies, here!" Ben grunted, trying to shift the weight of the books with little sucess. "I'm as careful as a....waaaahhh!!!" The bag shifted, causing Ben to lose his balance and fall back on the manga. He groaned, more at the wrinkling of his mangas rather than his own pain.

Jade got up and smiled slightly, which rather quickly changed into a smirk as Ben fell over. The only thing she could think was 'Schadenfreude'... It was what she had been taught by Manfred as a child, 'They're pain is your pleasure.'
She ignored it and walked through the doors to the booth they were using, leaving Athena and Ben behind, and there, staring at her from behind the booth walls was Mr.Dornez.

Walter looked to Jade with a firm stare and smiled slightly. "I thought I was getting a visit from Miss.Cross, but it seems that I you're here instead Miss.Edgeworth... I know it may be non of my buissiness but may I ask why?"

Athena followed Jade, leaving Ben to try and help himself up. After a few minutes of examining his mangas to make sure they weren't badly damaged, he followed suit, rubbing the side of his leg. He had just entered the room with Athena when Mr. Dornez spoke.

"I thought I was getting a visit from Miss Cross, but it seems that I you're here instead Miss Edgeworth... I know it may be non of my buissiness but may I ask why?"

"I've allowed her to be here, Mr. Dornez," Athena began taking a seat before the booth. "because she raised quite a validated concern about you to me. During our last visit, you've stated that you would remain silent about the reason you plea to the charges against you. I didn't push the subject because it was your right. However, Miss Edgeworth has brought up some rather....unsettling evidence to light. Evidence far too perfect to be mere coincidence. Mr. Dornez..." She grabbed one of the Hellsing mangas from Ben and placed it before the butler. "...are you familiar with Hellsing?"

Walters eyes widened slightly and he shook his head. "I told Sir.Integra that that book would become a nuisence to the Hellsing organization... But of course, I had to go with her wishes and I respect them..."

Jade nodded and smirked, her presumptions had been correct... Yet, it still didn't explain alot.
"You work for the Hellsing family in England correct? Sir.Integral Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing is your boss?"

He nodded and smiled slightly, a 'heh' sound in the back of his voice. "I really didn't expect the prosecution or defense to have read 'Hellsing'... But yes, that book is based off of us."

"So...wait!" Ben interjected, acting like a geek. "The police girl, Sir Integra....even Alucard, exists?!"

"As you can see," Athena said, nodding toward Ben. "My partner here has read more of it than I have. However, I'm still not clear about one thing. Those 40 people you claim to have killed, what reason would you have for doing such a thing?"

"Come on, Attey!" Ben yelled, fuming. "Isn't it obvious?! This guy is THE Walter C. Dornez, the cleanup man for the Hellsing organization! He was taking care of ghouls!" He grinned at his own knowledge. "Am I right, sir?"

Jade was also waiting to hear his answer, she knew what was coming, but it was still a blow. Jade wasn't talking much, due to this being Cross's meeting, and it would be classed as intruding in her book if she were to ask. She may be a teenager but she had respect for others.

Walter smirked and nodded slightly. "Mr.Credible has it part right... Half of them were fully fledged vampires. Normally we would only terminate those in England under the order of her majesty the queen, but we had had distress calls from the president and I, myself was ordered to take them out instead of Alucard... But yes, to answer your question, all of us are quite real."
He smiled and stared slightly at the three, waiting for the next question.

This was almost too surreal, Athena thought. But then again, who was she to question such a statement, since she's of Fey blood, and the ability to comunicate with the dead flows through the fey blood-line. "So I guess my next question is this. Why take the fall like this if what you're doing is protecting our lives from the undead?"

"It's a secret organization, Attey! No one is suppose to know about it, save for the Vaticans, and of course the Queen of England."

"And yet a manga was released in Japan, then throughout the world, telling their story." Athena countered. "And that's another thing that bothered me. Why did your boss, Sir Integra, allow these stories to be published?"

Walter shook his head. "That I do not know... I believe she thought no one to believe them. But there are a few... It tends to be why we stay out of the public eye. You see, Hellsing isn't As big in England than it is in America and Japan. Plus, the only thing true in that manga was Hellsing, the Vatican and sadly, the Germans. Everything from a certain volume plus never happened, since Alucard and myself well and truly destroyed the Nazi's back in world war two... And I am only excepting this due to orders from Hellsing. The rest I can not tell you, for I am not of a high enough authority.

Jade blinked at this, we knew most about him now, but there was more?! What a peculiar case is all she could think.

Hmm...This is quite a pickle, Athena thought. There is still very little she knows about this. It would be best to find out everything she could. "Mr. Dornez, you've stated that you are not of high authority to reveal any more than you've already done. This does pose as a problem...unless we take it a step further."

Ben's eyes widen when he realized what it was that Athena was suggesting. "Attey, you're not seriously thinking..."

Athena nodded. "Mr. Dornez, is there a way we can get in contact with Sir Integra Hellsing?"

Jade got up quickly and shook her head rapidly. "Nooooo, you do NOT want to do that Cross. Beleive me, shes a nice woman but she can get angry... And beleive me here, if you get involved with her theres a 50% chance you'll get chased by ghou- ..." Silence. Thats all that was there as Jade realized something. "We're helping out the Hellsing family by helping Mr.Dornez... That chance is already there... Isn't it?" Jade had a scared look in her eye, she was okay with ghouls and ghosts in manga, but this was real life, and they were real.

Walter blinked but slowly nodded. "I'm terribly sorry, but you are right Miss.Edgeworth..."

Athena was a bit startled by Jade's sudden outburst, and more than likely Ben knew that the suggestion was a bad idea. "Very well," she said, giving in. "I won't ask any more of it. However, this won't help our case any more than it has. The judge more than likely won't accept an explanation of vampires and ghouls as reason for slaughtering 40 supposed citizens." She stared Walter directly in the eye. "Sir, what would you have me do?"

She didn't speak for a moment, then stated. "Sir, as your defense attorney, it is my duty to help and defend you with all my power. Even with circumstances as they are, I still hold true with this and shad help you in any way that I can."

"Attey," Ben said softly, smiling.

"Regardless of ghouls, vampires or such, I will not turn away."

"And you Miss.Edgeworth... I would say you look better with a monocle." He smirked at her expression of suprise. "I've seen you in papers a few years back with your sibling, don't worry, I'm not stalking you."
