Jeremy and Jay finally arrived at the middle school.
"Whaddaya think took so long, Jay?" Jeremy asked as they arrived.
"Um, we wanted to find a good place to enter the story at?" Jay replied.
"Exactl--wait, what?" Jeremy laughed, "C'mon. Get serious!"
"What makes you think that wasn't?" Jay remarked honestly.
"Anyway, looks like we won't have to park! Isn't it great being able to strap your transport vehicle to your back?"
"Indeed. Now let's go in!"
They figured it'd be okay to go inside the building on their hoverboard... They roamed around the hallways looking for students. They turned a corner and saw a group off in the distance. "Hey, do we know those people?" Jeremy asked.
"I believe I recognize a couple o' them, but the rest don't ring any bells," Jay said.
They rode up to the group. "Hello everyone!" Jeremy said.
'Wait... Isn't that Crystal? And Mike? W-why is Crystal crying, I wonder?' Jay thought. "Hey, Crystal! Is something wrong?" he asked.
'Hold it, Jay... This is back in their middle school days, remember? ...I'm not sure if they're even supposed to KNOW us yet...' Jeremy thought.
'Ah... well, too late now. I already said it,' Jay replied in thought. 'And why are we still on our hoverboard?'
'Heck, I don't know... Comic relief?' Jeremy replied comedically.
