Danielle had been taught several things in life. One of them was that in the world of journalism, there was no limit to how far you could go.

This is what she was about to do now, noting the cop's rather stuttering and almost nervous like personality when addressing her.

"Ooh, are you worried about me?" She giggled, then stretched herself, trying to exert her feminine charms.

"I know it's a nuisance, but is there anyway you could get these cuffs off? And then...maybe you could show me around? I feel safer with a big strong man like you around..." She winked, smiling as she said this.

Russell noticed how Ben an a fourth officer approached, and namely the handcuffs. He sighed. He knew what it was coming to them. Yeah, those guys weren't fooling around. They seemed too...professional. But the place was so...strange. Why would an elite group of officers be there? Something big, probably.

He went foward, a little behind Josephine, to the aproaching officers.

McCoy listened to his partner, but his resolve was firm.

"Don't worry, they will be cuffed but fine. Once we reach the outpost they will be released with a warning...Trust me, I don't like this much, but after what we saw this certainly is for their own good"

The officers finally reached the man and woman by the entrance and cuffed with little resistance. McCoy aporached the pair.

"I'm sorry, you were warned that this place was restricted. We can talk to our hearts content in the outpost though, after all, I can't tell for how long you will be detained there"

Before any of them could reply, McCoy left the cathedral

((McCoy is sure an ogre, but he has good intentions))

"I..er...I don't think I can Miss, with you being under arrest and all. Though I can show you the outpost when we return. After all, I don't think you will be detained for too long...if you don't show that ID. Be specially careful of Detective McCoy, he can be a really nasty person if angered..."

((I want to move the action back to the outpost. Please state if you agree, or if you want something else to happen in the area....or if you create something in the area. I think a three days limit should be god, after which I'll make a decission))

Maddie watched them leave, wondering if she should follow. She decided that, she should follow, and dashed headlong into there with them, slipped on some water, and crashed headlong into a wall, revealing a secret passageway behind it. "Owwww... That hurt a lot..."

Meekins was still wandering around, until he heard voices. He followed them until he saw McCoy and the rest. :megaphone:

"Meekins reporting for duty!!!" Then Maddie skidded into the wall. Meekins walked over and shouted to her :megaphone:

"You're under arrest! Head to the ground, knees to the celing!"

"How exactly do you expect me to do that?!" Maddie asked. "I'm currintly under a load of rocks!"

"Obviously, you get out from under them!" Meekins shouted again. :megaphone:

"W-what?" Josephine asked. She looked at Ben. "But I only came in because I was concerned about you. After what I saw, I just...I couldn't stand the thought that..." She looked down at let the cops drag her away.

Luis pitied the woman and the man who were just arrested, but he was glad McCoy would release them soon. Luis followed McCoy out of the cathedral.
"So, where to?" he asked.

Russell offered no resistance as he let Ben handcuff him, but nodded in agreement with Joshepine's claim.

- She only wanted to help...oh boy.

Well, these guys aren't that bad, they are just tied to the protocol, as am I when I am at work...I guess I'll just have to play along.

He went along with Josephine obediently, after the officer McCoy and Luis.

"Hm. Detective McCoy...okay, I'll be sure to be on my best behavior. I'd love for you to show me the outpost, thank you so much!" Danielle smiled.

"Good god, these cuffs are KILLING me. When the heck am I gonna get out of here? I have a story to find! And while the outpost doesn't sound like much...perhaps there will be something there. It's worth a look, after all."

McCoy couldn't wait to get out of the place. He turned to the side, there was officer meekins and a lady under some rocks...and what appeared to be an underground padssage. the girl seemed stuck.

*sigh* "just what is wrong with these people. I can't wait any longer though" McCoy gave Luis one of the walkie talkies he had "I will take the prisoners and one of the officers with me back to the outpost. You can stay and help that girl with the other four officers, and even explore the tunnel if you want. I get the impression that if i delay my return any further, several lives will be lost..." McCoy started feeling an eerie chill down his spine "What do you think?"

"Sounds good to me," Luis said. "Just..." Then, he started to laugh, but it wasn't genuine. "I was about to tell you to be careful, but I'm the one who has to deal with Officer Meekins. I'm in more danger than you could possibly be in." He walked over to the mess that was Maddie and Meekins.
"I'll take it from here," Luis said, lifting the boulder on top of Maddie just enough for her to slide out.

Russell wasn't expecting Maddie to have come inside, so he was pretty surprised when he saw her under that amount of rocks just ahead.

He was going to say something, as in to let Maddie see that he and Josephine were there, but McCoy started talking, and he listened. What catched his attention on McCoy's speech was those last words. "Several lives will be lost"? Sounded pretty...bad.

I knew I was right about this place being creepy...and it's not the "normal" creepy. Something is messed up here.

It almost sounds like a mass murderer is on the run here or something. But no...isn't this place too remote? Not that I know the surroundings or anything...hum...

Russell remained deep in thought now, following McCoy obediently.

Luis nodded. The last thing he wanted was to have Meekins help him investigate as he went into the newly revealed tunnel with a couple other officers. ((Ben could come with Luis if you want...))

((Crap! I was out of town for a while...but back :hotti:

and sure, ben can stay, apparently everyone likes him better than any other of the officers...))

McCoy ordered the officers around and soon everyone but Luis, four of the officers including Ben, and the other woman were in the van. He gave his gravest look to the prisoners and ordered the driver to get to the outpost. He seated in the copilot seat, and in the back stood the cuffed prisoners as well as officer Luke and Anna Kent. McCoy had much to inform to Bordet, and tried to organize his ideas while passing through the dark woods. The outpost wasn't that far, but it McCoy could feel it any farther that momment.

((I will post the group reaching the outpost tomorrow, so you may have your characters discuss between themselves or the officers meanwhile....or maybe do whatever you feel like. Right now they are in the middle of black wolf forest))

"So...You're a detective?" Josephine asked McCoy casually. She decided it was probably a good thing she was being arrested. At least she'd get a phone call so she could tell the person in charge of the hospital why she hasn't shown up yet...And why she won't be there any time soon.

Luis walked fearlessly into the cave and pulled out his flashlight. There was bound to be something interesting in there. He could feel it.

"Angus McCoy, paris police force, detective" Angus replied with a tired voice. he really didn't expect meeting civilians in the cathedral, and made clear he didn't agree much with the idea.

Russell stared blankly to the forest through the window. He expected to at least be able to call his grandpa there from the outpost they were going to. Until then, he wasn't sure of what to do. If he was lucky, his grandpa would send someone to get him. He heard distantly the conversation that Josephine was trying to have with the detective, but he was more focused on the outside...

And then he saw someone walking near a tree some meters away...wait.

He blinked and looked again, this time seeing nothing. But he could swear he had just seen someone walking slowly...nah, must have been his mistake.

Russell sighed and changed his attention focus to the inside of the van. While hearing the tired voice of McCoy, he turned to look at Danielle.

It's that girl. Hum...I wonder what she was doing back there at the cathedral...if she's another luckless bypasser, I'll be sure that this place emanates high quantities of bad luck. That would make four bypassers, already. But I don't know...maybe she's different?

Russell noticed that he had stared for long enough already. He blushed and hastily looked away, trying to focus in the outside again.
