This is loosely based on a game concept of the same name that I have been working on. The year is 2040, and the polar ice caps have flooded a majority of the world. There are now a set of major nations based off of their original non flooded forms. Mericka (America), Hindua, (India) Uberme, (Germany) Madernia (China) Eurasia (Europe, but with a touch of asian influance.) Eggland, (England) Peruvia, (Peru) The New Republic of France (Durp) The EEGE islands Aka Eegie Islands, (Hawaii) ZEE MOTHERLAND (Russia) New Brazilia (Brazil durp) Sauskeland (Australia) Hapon (Japan) and Fallout (Africa)

The United Nations are trying to bring the Countries together. Currently Hindua and The Motherland are in a war for control over the space between them (Irania). Mericka has sent interpol agents to stop the war, however the Motherland saw this as a threat to there power and have begun fighting back. The EEGE corperation are secretly planning to dominate all the small countries around them then attack Mericka, the nerve center of the new world. Fallout is stuck between all of this and has become a savage nation. Sauskeland is a rich and neutral country ruled by an iron fisted dictator named Sauske E. Gerk. Eggland, Eurasia, and Uberme are attempting to sign a peace treaty between the three nations to set an example and stop the wars. Madernia is attempting to rebuild after the damage done during it's spat with the smaller nations. The smaller nations are currently prime targets for capture by Motherland and EEGE. In the midst of this, EEGE reveals they have a very powerful bomb in their possesion and aren't afraid to use it. Now all the countries are in a state of panic and war, and a power struggle has begun.

Now there are four sides to choose from, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. Multiple characters welcome BTW. Here are the four sides: Interpol, The Hades corperation, EEGE, and the Ministry of light. Some sides can work together, but I'll explain each one first

Interpol: Mericka, Madernia, and half of Hapon. A special police force used as a highly trained army squad. They are trained professionals.
ADVANTAGES: A multitude of weapons, access to goverment funding, semi advanced technology. Merickans have the most men, Madernia the most training, and Hapon the best technology.
DISADVANTAGES: The nations that control them are far apart, so sharing is difficult. Hapon's Interpol is small, Mericka's interpol have the tendancy to be unprepared in certain situations, Madernia's lacks high fire power, and Hapon's interpol is small. Orginization is the main problem.
PARTNERS: Interpol is special, they can work with whoever they see fit, however if higher ups see them working with a faction they deem wrong, it becomes harder for interpol agents in said faction to get certain things.

EEGE: EEGE islands, New Brazil, Motherland Border. A group of Scientists that are planning to take over the world. They specialize in chemical weapons and Robotics. New Brazilia having special resources and chemicals, EEGE having the best robotics, and the Motherland Border having the most money.

ADVANTAGES: These areas are very close together thus one can help the other if need be. They have great technology and the money to get more.

DISADVANTAGES: Not counting robots, the actual millitary is almost laughable. They also must work in semi secrecy as they are an evil industry.

PARTNERS: Hades corperation, can convince interpol agents to join.

Hades corperation: All EEGE territory, a sanction in Fallout, and the underground of Sauskeland. They try to make up for EEGE's poor military force. They are a group of contract killers, and will do anything for the right price. They have a plan to overtake EEGE and become the richest corperation in the new world.

ADVANTAGES: Some of EEGE's technology. They are highly trained in the art of combat, and are very hard to find.

DISADVANTAGES: They have to be even quiter than EEGE does, if they mess up in the slightest their source of income gets shot Their numbers aren't low, but they could be higher.

PARTNERS: EEGE

Ministry of Light: Hinduan underground, Hapon, Uberme, and three sactions in Mericka. A group of monks who are gifted in the mystic arts, or have a special gift. Uberme is well rounded, the Hinduan underground as a great supply of Mystic treasures, and Mericka has access to the scarce tehnology and money they have.

ADVANTAGES: They are quite widespread, so they can get to places quickly. They have unconventional methods, meaning that they can easily surprise people, and they are somewhat outside the jurisdiction of the goverment. ALL monks have healing powers of some kind. They also have many favors with the goverment, meaning when paying people, they get a little break.

DISADVANTAGES: Sans Hindua, they are quite small, if not the smallest, in numbers. They can't heal themselves using Mystic arts, they are somewhat pacifists (in general, if someone is a crazy killer, he is a crazy killer, but if they are average, chances are they won't kill as much) as for money, they have little, and as for technology, they either use acient artifacts, or low-mid Merickan guns. They are the most secrative group.

PARTNERS: Can somewhat work with interpol, but generally they fight alone.


CHARACTERS AND HOW THEY WORK

Okay, say for instance you choose the ministry of light, in the Hinduan underground. Your job is to stop the Hades corperation from the inside. You could call a sanction to take you, trudge through the war in Motherland, or sneak onto a supply van. You can't kill the driver, and start ramming through everything. MoL members are on the side of good and don't kill. They are all usually very nice (Unless you want to be a special case, but not to many. We don't want an army of monks with nukes XD)

If you were an Interpol agent, you would try stoping EEGE more directly, or fighting in Motherland. You CAN kill the driver. In fact, if you save enogh money, you COULD get a nuke. (Unless you want to be a special case and not enjoy killing or blood or whatever. We can have more SC here than MoL members, but again, we don't want Interpol to be a bunch of wusses.)

If you were the other two factions, and the driver was an interpol agent, you could blow up the van. (SC blah blah not too many ect.)

As for what you should be doing in each group, MoL, stop the Hades corp, then EEGE. Interpol, EEGE first, take Hades later. EEGE, fight Interpol, win, take it over. Hades corp, stop the MoL, help EEGE, then take over. If you want to be a civillan...well okay, but good luck with that. You're on your own.


Now here is how this works, you join a group, tell us where your from, then plan out how you'rr going to complete each objective while the other side tries to kill you. Civillans, here is my suggestion: don't be a civillian. I'm not saying you can't, but...

ANYWAY unlike my game plan, this has no ending, anyone can win. If the MoL wins; churchy world peace, Interpol; democratic world peace, EEGE; Take over with an iron fist, Hades corp; take over with a fist full of money. I have a few characters that can be used:

Sheldon Dover: Typical bad to the bone vigilante interpol guy. Smokes cool n' edgy cigarettes, lives in the attack van he bought at a used car place, and doesn't afraid of anything. Part of Interpol's special forces, due to the fact he has increased strength and speed...and still doesn't afraid of anything. He is i his mid twenties, wears an overcoat and a bad ass black sleeveless shirt. Brown hair hazel eyes.

Nicki Summers: Stopped Dover's vigilante style and got him arrested, but he managed to...ahem..."sweet talk her" into joining Interpol instead. She doesn't like Dover or anything...except, you know...she does. Head of Interpol's foreign affairs. She wears typical jeans, an Interpol jacket with a blue shirt. Though it does seem a little tight...also mid twenties.

LIGHTNAN' ROOOY O' NEIL BITCHES! (Okay "Lightning" Roy o' Neil) An over the top close range Interpol fighter. Not as strong as Dover, but more Durable that's for sure. He wears a shirt with a radioactive sign on it and a red jacket. His hair is reddish blonde. Early twenties

Doctor X colar. (Dr. Xaiver) A once crazed scientest, he became head of EEGE after creating Boofaun Byggs, a crazy killing robot. He now has regained his sanity and is plotting to unleash his nuke "ENDGAME" upon it's completion...you know...when he feels like finishing. He wears a lab coat that covers his mouth, but will unbutton it and straighten out his hair when he needs to do normal things. He has four robot apendages that he "Swore he came up with first" Mid forties

Boofaun Byggs: Dr. X's greatest creation, a robot that can think feel, and alter gravity to throw objects. He is schizophrenic, but Dr. X sees him as a son. He is a hovering robotic torso in an overcoat. His hands are to floating orbs, and so is his head. Ageless

Simon Alexander: A "Doktor" from Uberme, he is the head of the Medical division of the MoL. He wears a special variation of the cloaks the other members of the MoL wear. It is the same matieral, but it is made to look like a medical overcoat. It has a cross with a sheild on the back. He is a very nice guy, but works way to hard. He has the best Mystic and scientific knowledge in Uberme, maybe the world. Late twenties.

Vladameir von Stuben: Head of the Motherland army. Secretly working with EEGE. Late forties, very muscular, but somewhat slow. Wears a warm brown jacket and black slacks.


Aaannd my character. Some may know of him.


Shrum gui: A mysterious Hinduan man. Wears a black cloak, the only member of the MoL who does. He was a captain of the defense department, but after an assasination attempt by Hades corp, and a former interpol member, he is the general of the Ministry's attack/defense squad. His eyes are sacred treasures that can rip through the souls of others, so he wraped his face to contain this power He is quite skinny, so he lacks endurance. He isn't super strong either, but his weapon seems to compensate. Early twenties.

Iv'e tried to give a leader character to all the groups (Sans the Hades corp, but I'll leave that to you) If you want to lead a group, but don't want to use any of the characters provided, A'okay with me. Multiple characters? Great! Being a civillian? Enjoy average money and no knowledge of what's going on!

We start when we have enough characters, but don't pick Boofaun until I say you can. I know a guy who might want to play him, but if he says no then one of you can have him.
