Alright, well... I'm just getting in to Death Note, and I know everything in Phoenix Wright mostly =D I'm about 19 episodes in to Death Note, but I know a lot of what happens in the future =D Last episode I watched was entitled 'Matsuda'... I like Matsuda XD Maybe I can watch episode twenty soon :/ Well, anyway... to put the story in a Nutshell, that I'm trying to do...

Is that L is still alive, just like EVERYONE else, so anybody who's died, can be brought back if you really wanna be them. This RP is a little more about Death Note then it is about Phoenix Wright, but Phoenix Wright is just as smart, so if they team up, it could be an interesting RP! Anyway, Light is of course, still Kira, and nobody knows it still. It's still an investigation that is unsolved.

Light still has his followers, such as Misa, the Model and all around famous person, Ryuk the Shinigami, Rem the OTHER Shinigami, and Teru Mikami, the Prosecutor.

Same with L, but L has his as well, meaning Soichiro(Chief Yagami) Matsuda, N, M, and so on. Including Light, and Light is still L's primary Suspect.

EDIT:Alright, I typed this forever ago =/ Now I just watched the episode that L dies in <.< Just an update lol I'm that far in the show now lol OK Edit over...

Anyway, how this whole thing got started... well, here's how it goes...

Present Time

People were rushing about the room, trying to get the man who had just died of a Heart Attack to the emergency room. There were two men actually, but only one important one. Although they did not know he had died. Where the man had died you ask? Why, in the Court Room! He was on the stand, about ready to get his judgment passed... until he just died of a random Heart Attack! More people rushed about the room, many people yelling."Wha-?! How did that happen!?" people were running out of the room, while Medics picked up the body and rushed him to the Emergency Room. The Lawyers at present were non other then Phoenix Wright, and Miles Edgeworth themselves. Phoenix thought it to be odd as him and Miles helped the Medics with the body. "What the heck is going on here?! Why did this have to happen!... The better question is... how...? What are the odds of this...?"Phoenix was curious, but he helped the Medics non the less, with full Motivation. As for Edgeworth... he's been around this thing a little longer, so his automatic thought was Kira, but he wasn't sure...

The man was a Body Builder, he was very fit, and knew what was good and what was bad. The man's name was, John Strongbody and he was charged for Murder and Drug Smuggling. And here's what happened before the Heart Attack...

Thirteen Minutes prior to Heart Attack.

"And that's how he did it Your Honor! That is how Mr. Nakumura killed the Victim. Although Mr. Strongbody is going to be charged with Smuggling drugs, that much we do know..."Phoenix said with his confident grin, pointing his pointer finger like usual. As for Mr. Nakumura, he was at the stand flipping out."I cannot believe it! I did not think that someone with such reached hair like YOURS would be the one to ruin my life!" Phoenix now had his 'Sweatdrop expression.' "And you were expecting someone WITH nice hair to be the one to ruin your life? Thanks a lot! If only you knew how hard it is to maintain hair like this..." Phoenix zoned out a bit, but was brought back when the Judge spoke."I see... I cannot believe I almost sent an innocent man to jail..."the Judge stated with a calm tone. Phoenix then thought in his head. "Why do you ALWAYS say that? And to MY clients!"

"Mr. Wright!"The Judge said. "Yes your honor?"Phoenix replied with a calm tone. Then the Judge responded." I have to say, you are doing much better these days! Have you been following those exercises that, Mr. Strongbody recommended all those times? Because I might try out some of them! Maybe then I could be a better Judge!" Phoenix sighed a little and spoke in his head again "Do you even realize what you're saying!?" "No your Honor, I have not."Phoenix stated simply. the Judge nodded."Understood."He then turned towards Edgeworth."I have to thank you as well Mr. Edgeworth for making it under such short notice! After Mr. Mikami got in that accident, I wasn't sure if we could find another Prosecutor on such short notice!"Edgeworth just shook his head, and smiled that smile of his." No problem your Honor, just doing my job."He stated simply. there was a slight pause of silence, but then the Judge broke it with his voice."Alright then, I suppose I shall pass my judgment!

We, at the court, find the Defendant, Mr. Strongbody..."

but before he could finish that sentence... Mr. Strongbody had just collapsed!

And a man in the audience, who blended in with the crowd so well had stood up and got out... an unfortunate accident happened, fracturing his right shoulder blade... but he got out of there... putting away a notebook and a pen... He now left, satisfied...

Everyone now watching there Televisions, sucked in to this news now...

Mikami then took out his cellphone, as he called a certain someone...

"Mission complete... what now?" Just then, another man responded in a calm tone."Good. What you can do now is just to return back to your home... turn on your Television, and pretend you are just as surprised as everyone else..."

The man smirked, and nodded."Alright... God..." And with that, he hung up. Teru Mikami had successfully completed that job that was assigned to him by non other... then the more then intelligent, Light Yagami!

And that is where our story begins... how will this all turn out? Will Truth and Justice prevail? Or will Light get his position as God on his newly founded Earth? Will L finally find out who Kira really is? Who knows... so we'll just have to see how this all works out!

"The Character"(The character itself - I wil lbe using Mello's profile for the Examples-

Mello can, in many ways, be described at the exact opposite of Near and L. He is a very emotional and rash person, acting upon his whim a lot of times without thinking things through. This makes him not only dangerous and unpredictable to all those around him, but he uses it to gain enterance in the world of the mafia and ultimately outsmart Light by getting hold of the Death Note. In this, Mello makes various connections and friends along the way, which really help him in his goals (aka. Ridner and Matt). Mello is not at all reserved, and he speaks out whenever he can, though he does take precautions, when he puts his mind to some things he might forget these precautions and go through his plans. As for hobbies, he is known to love chocolate, and did I mention he has a really cool motorbike? You can see Mello’s design concept here.)

He possesses a superior intelligence, but at times he lets his emotions take precedence and makes mistakes. Also, his complex towards over-enlarging Near has distorted Mello’s own personality growth. Based on just his qualities, Mello knows himself that he cannot become the top. In the end, he has even fallen to the point of becoming a criminal.)

Mello is seen, along with Near, after L’s death. Mello is the other “successor” to L, though it was not decided who should be it; Near or Mello. Mello, however, decides that it is his time to leave Wammy’s House and work on his own terms since he deems that it is practically impossible to work with Near. Thus, the next time we see Mello is when he kidnaps Light’s sister and demands to get hold of the Death Note. Amazingly enough, without any support, Mello worked his way up to the ranks in the mafia only to challenge Light in a suprising way.

With extremely child-like likes, his surroundings always have toys strewn about. Even though he is only playing, piecing together an unpatterned puzzle starting out of nowhere and the like easily shows a sample of his abilities.)

Even during the investigation, there was no record of L, with his sweet tooth, having ever eaten a decent (real) meal. Normally, he is seen eating sweet things like candy. It seems like he needs to replenish his sugar level in order for his mind to work. For him to be able to remain in good shape even after eating so many sweets is one of his abilities. Even Misa was envious of him.)

Beginning at the young age of 20 years old, Edgeworth has proven to be nothing more then relentless in the courtroom.This has lead to many different rumors that have plagued him throughout his career, such as forged evidence, and "augmented" testimony. However, after meeting the defense attorney Phoenix Wright, a long-lost friend, he seems to be less and less concerned with maintaining a perfect prosecution record, and more of finding out the truth behind a given incident. He has claimed to have never once forged evidence.
