No one liners if you can help it.
Spelling errors, and typoes are allowed, we're not all perfect, of course, but please, maybe proofread your posts before posting if that's not too hard.
Paragraph format is muchly appreciated, you don't have to be perfect, but nice descriptive RPs are my absolute fave, it shows you have an interest in it at least.
I am allowed to ask anyone to leave this, you can still hand around and angst, but I'd prefer you'd keep your negative comments to yourself after being expulsed, besides, if you've done something to merit your removal from the RP I'm sure you'd find better means of time usage than hanging around squabling.
Be nice to the other Rpers, in OOC and hopefully in the RP, I can understand that if you character doesn't like the person it's hard to be nice, so that is some leeway, you won't get in trouble for characture based hate, just keep yourself from maiming or murdering anyone (I won't defend you in court or in here!).
No god-moding, please, I beleive it can be said and stressed because I see it allot, no steering the story (I DO THAT!), it's supposed to be a cake shop-ish setting, and I'd like it to stay that way; and don't attack or take any other advantage of other charactures unless they themselves post an OOC responce allowing for this to go on:

No OC's/Made ups, I'm sorry, but it just stops this from getting confusing, I have nothing against OC's I find most of them to be very interesting, but just to stop from confusion....
No begging for someone else's character, first come first serve, if you really want the character, you must wait for that person to give up the rights to that character: whether it be by quitting, being gone for two weeks streat or being expulsed from the RP.
If you are to be gone for a long period of time, give us some warning and don't leave a cliff hanger statement, leave on a note where you can just re-enter... Plan to be back within a few days if you leave on a note that interacts with other characters.
If you can give a warning of you leaving for a long period of time, we won't be terribly angry with you if you don't tell us, sometimes life takes you by surprise, but unfortunately after a long period of undefined time without warning, you may return to find your character given to someone else.
Please, no sex, swearing or drugs... This should be relatively child friendly, and I just don't appreciate this... Only do as the character would... So... use that as descretion when dealing with this kind of matter.

L enterd the shop of "le Dainty Chateau". Where Maxx the chef would work as then L would lurch over to a red rose colored plush chair, as then he would perch with knees to chest hands on top of his knees ready to order.
Maxx would saunter over to L with a fresh stawberry desert drizzled with chocolate with a golioth helping of whiped cream so rich with once glance you could get a tooth ache.

Mello entered into the cake shop, he was a tad flustered, having to compete with Near for everything, the sweet smell of pasties wafted outside as soon as he thrust open the door.
He was craving something rich and chocolatey, a dark tripple chocolate cake, or maybe some devil's food cake.

He entered the store and trudged ominusly towards the counter, laying down his money and barking his order into Maxx's face, and then grabbed a seat.
Awaiting his cake, his eyes wandered and set on a familliar frame in the corner of the shop, L? No doubt about it, no one else he knew sat like that, and wore such clothes with no shoes or socks, he hadn't seen him in a long time, last time was in the Whammy house, before he was to take on the Kira case.
Mello disregarded the thought of Kira, it annoyed him thuroughly.
He wasn't the one to say anything when this annoyed, so he didn't say anything to L, and waited impatiently for his cake.
Near had really made an ass of himself lately.

L dropped his fork on the empty plate, on the right corner of his mouth had a bit of iceing, as he surveyed his surroundings he noticed how conspiquios Mello presented himself in such a public facillity. "hmm. hello Mello."

Mello at first wrote the quiet voice off as his mind playing tricks on him again, but then looked over.... Far too much of a coincidence for this man to look like that, then him hear his name, and be stared at by him... It Hadto be L. No mistaking it.

"L..?" Mello finally spoke up not saying any form of thanks for the desert that Maxx brought to his table before digging into it and lazilly lounging over the side of his chair to face towards L, "How have you been lately?" he asked, trying to be polite enough to L, and forget about Near for a little while.

Mello winced at the hearing the word 'Near', Damn that Near!!.... He's so smug, he always has to critisize and ridicule everything I say or do... I want to best him at any means nessasary... But he wins every time I feel pain at the hearing of his name... Surely it doesn't affect him the same way when he hears mine... He's like a emotionless little robot... To him all of this is just a game... Mello pulled a cheesy smile, almost giving him this creepy aura, "I'm just fine... Near?... I wouldn't know.... I guess he's doing fine too..." the corners of his grin twitched slightly.

Mello twitched and scowled everytime L mentioned that creepy little white haired twat, L made it obvius to him, as if the say 'Aha, I got you... You hate him don't you?' this was made very clear by his childish ways of teasing him. Mello growled under his breath about how Matt wouldn't normally tease him like this, and then spoke up, "Well, let's just say that him and I don't see eye to eye... We're just too different..." he grumbled.

Mello paused for a second, "A what?..." he blinked in innocent ignorance, "Does this have something to do with the Kira investigation...? I heard about how Kira can kill with a name and a face... but.... How--...?" he paused looking around, he wondered if this was the best place to be talking about this type of thing.

Mello bit his lip returning to what he could have an oppinion on, "I....I hate Near... Okay... " he admitted finally, "He's a real nuesance... And he gets all the attention!... I wish for once... I could come in first..." he muttered the last bit.

Misa danced through the door. She looked around for a good place to sit....and noticed Ryuzaki! "HEY!! L looked at Misa."hello, and no i haven't seen light." Maxx would place the cupcake and coffee with a small pack of sugar cubes on the right side of L. As then L would open the sugar cube box and start putting sugar cubes in his coffee one by one "Misa....over there behind you is Mello an angsty child but yet you still haven't met Near...and i hope you do...sometime." The stack of sugar cubes would melt into the coffee as then the coffee would very very sweet.

Mello saw misa come in, but could care less.

Mello would have said something to L, if he wasn't L, crossing words with L would be something B would be.
B wanted to challenge L, Near wanted to replace L, and Mello wanted to compete for the title of L.
Being called angsty.... It grinded his gears, but again, to even dissagree would contradict himself and prove L's point.

Mello gazed past his fork of chocolate cake he held lazily before himself at Misa; he could have sworn he'd seen her before... At first she seemed like your average annoying teenager.... But... Wait... Hadn't he seen her on Tv...? 'Happy Sweets' yes, that's the name of the show... He guessed she was fond of sweets... To be in a show containig the word "Sweets" and then to come into a cake shop.... Elimentary work... No skin off his back at all devising this, anyone with a brain could figure this out, he'd suspect.

"....Mello?" She gave him a strange look. She looked over at Ryuzaki again. "And...Near?" This was confusing. Light was Ryuzaki's best friend, because she knew he wasn't very social....so how did he know 'Mello' and 'Near'? She gave Ryuzaki a confused look.

Mello averted his gaze, he really didn't want to talk to her, especially after she made such a scene of entry with her 'Maxxy Maxx' song.
Mello angrily clamped his mouth shut on his fork and enjoyed his chocolate cake darkly, not even bothering to move his head as he glanced upward at Misa as he heard his name being said.
