To Whom it May Concern:
You have been invited to a one in a lifetime event! Mr. Enigma is hosting a lavish party at his own mansion in Steremi Island and is inviting you to join the festivities. This party shall be hosted on the fourth of June and shall last for two weeks; during that time, you may sleep, relax, play in his games room, or even read in his wonderful library. At the evening, dinners shall be hosted along with group chats for whomever is up to it! This is a one-in-a-lifetime event you don't want to miss!
A man by the name of Andy Vackson shall be your boatman to travel to the island. He is ordered to wait at the Morving Docks until noon on June fourth, in which he will then travel whatever guests arrive to the island and mansion.

Profession: Actress
Looks: Thin and of a medium height for women. Blonde hair tied in an elegant knot with green eyes and a pink dress that falls to just below her knees. She also wears long silk pink gloves and has a white silk wrapped around her arms and neck. She wears...pink high heels. :p Around her neck is a white pearl necklace.
Relation, if any, to Mr. Enigma?: Check Secret.
Personality: Very spoilt, and tends to care about herself first and foremost. She prefers to be away from people of a lower class, believing them to be commoners. Basically, your average snotty rich person!
Bio: Valarie has had amnesia from the age of 12, and is unable to remember anything before that age. She was found on the streets by a rich businessmen who adopted her and named her. (His name shall be thought up later) He was kind but barely ever saw her as he was often so busy. She was neglected due to this and he often spoiled her as a way to make it up to her. She always practiced acting which she had a talent for, and she became an actress at 21.

Bio: Cassie is a pretty Irish girl who came to America to go to college. Sadly, she was rejected for bad grades and flirting with the male teachers. She wandered around looking for jobs until she got one at the Kurl up And Dye beauty salon (Ha ha... get it? "Kurl Up And Dye..." curl up and die... ha... ah, forget it.)
Secret: She is actually Loretta Priestly, a Canadian thief who was forced to go to America after being wanted around the place.

Janice sighed softly as she carefully wiped away every last speck of dust on the dinner table. The guests for Mr. Enigma's week long party started soon, and she had taken special precautions to make sure the mansion was suitable.
She paused to look outside the French screen doors that faced the dining room. It overlooked a rather large labyrinth garden. She remembered that garden; it was the first thing she noticed when Mr. Enigma took her on a tour of the house. In the center, if one had the patience to go through every trodden turn, was a small stone with a rather sarcastic message.
Now you're here... What's next on your road to life?
Still, labyrinths had at least a strict path; not like a maze. And so they were a lot easier to tread through.
Janice shook her head; she walked up the grand staircase to the master's bedroom. Mr. Enigma wanted to eat his breakfast alone today and Janice just remembered that she had forgotten to take his tray.
She knocked on his door. "Mr. Enigma? Are you finished with your breakfast?"
No response. Janice sighed and rolled her eyes; she'd check back later.
Now, where ARE the guests...?

Her eyes zoomed over the various aspects of the mansion...it's wonderful colour...the beautiful garden...the mighty horse statue.
"Well, he certainly seems to be doing well for himself..." She snorted, and continued after the girl.
It wasn't till now that Valarie noticed...just how many manners this girl seemed to lack. She smoothed her dress and attempted to tidy her hair with little success. Valarie was certainly looking at her with a cynical eye...she hadn't expected commoners to be invited.
As she entered through the main oak doors, the girl gave a ear splitting cry, and Valarie couldn't actually hide her disgust. She shivered, and wrapped her shawl around her tighter, as if it would protect her.

Janice jumped when she heard the loud Irish voice. Looks like they've arrived... she sighed.
She carefully went down the grand staircase, seeing two women already at the door. When Janice finally reached the ground floor, she saw outside a few more confused guests. Going to have to rear them in here, she groaned.
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen," she called out, hoping the other guests would hear. "If you'd just come inside and follow me..." Janice waved the people inside. "I shall show each of you your bedrooms. Now, up the stairs..."

With that, she stepped past her to head upstairs; but stopped just in front of the maid.
"Ah, you must be Mr Enigma's servant, yes? Lovely. Simply lovely." Her voice had gone from it's airy and rich quality to a orderly and busy sort.
"Let us get a few things clear, dear. First off, I desire a glass of water every night before bed. I simply cannot get any beauty sleep otherwise. And, my clothes must be washed in the order of colour, so you wash the blue things, then the green things...I prefer for the colours not to mix. I do believe that boat man is bringing my suitcase in just now. Last of all, I prefer my bath to refitted with only the highest quality shampoos and soap, every night. Is that clear?" She asked.

The lady spoke in a voice as sugary as candy. But Janice knew how to spot a faker when she saw one. This was one guest who was sucking up, but orders were orders.
"Very well, Madame, I will be sure that your desires are set out," Janice responded in a crisp, but cordial voice. "And do not worry about the baths; the master only has the highest qualities of shampoos and soaps to clean out any sort of dirt." she smiled sweetly. Though, some dirt cannot simply be washed away, she thought bitterly.
Janice continued up the stairs, getting her list out to say to others about their assigned rooms.
"Remember, odd numbers are on the left, and even numbers are on the right," Janice began before speaking out numbers.
"Ms. Valerie Ivy, your room number is 206..." she rambled on. "Ms. Cassie Raymonds, your room number is 208..."
Number 206 had a symbol of a coin while 208 had a symbol of a mask. Janice raised an eyebrow as she noticed the other symbols on the doors coinciding with the other guests. Mr. Enigma, just what are you up to...? She shook her head and continued to spill out room numbers.
((I don't know if evens are on the right or not; that's just easier for me to remember them XD))
((oh, and girls? I am now allowing you to have another character without killing off your previous one, lol. We need more people to liven up the place. It is not required, and if you'd rather wait before getting one, that is fine with me
However, right now I am allowing only Ulala and Minter to have two characters; any newcomers can only have one right now. Again, you girls don't have to, but I'm letting you have the choice ;) ))

I was just about to see to him after all the guests came in," she responded politely. "Why don't you head down to your room for a spell and I'll come to you once I reach Mr. Enigma?" she suggested. "Room 222, in case you forgot," she added pointing to the door with a music note on it. Janice shivered. This is so very strange...
"If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask," Janice called out to the chattering guests. "If there aren't any problems, I'm going to head to the master's room to tell him of your arrival." Or warn. Either way.

How strange... But it's not unfitting, I guess.
He unpacked his things. Although the TV didn't work very well, the bathroom was quite nice and the bed looked comfortable. He reached into his breifcase, but paused when he saw that the only object left inside was a little silver locket and chain. He had no idea why he always brought it with him; he could never bear to open it. He stared at the locket and he had the distinct feeling that it was staring back at him, as silly as it sounded. Jack sighed and glanced away. He snapped the breifcase shut with the locket still inside.
"Well, I guess I'll be staying here a while. I might as well get to know the people around here."
He started to walk down the hall and head downstairs to the living room.
"Maybe they even have a piano..."

Janice turned around brusquely as she blinked for a second at the man before her.
"Jet Darks...?" she asked in slight surprise. She hadn't seen the man come up behind her. Shaking her head, she flipped through her notes on each guests' rooms. Sure enough, under 'D', she found 'Jet Darks'.
"Ah, yes, Mr. Darks. You are in room 217. Here, let me show you..." Janice pointed to a door with a somber mask and a dark, joker-like mask behind it, as if it was the somber mask's shadow. She furrowed her eyebrows. Wait, wasn't this and room 215 the rooms that the master asked for a... Janice shook her head. She decided to tell this new man the news about this room.
"I-I know this must be highly strange, Mr. Darks," Janice began, feeling embarrassed. "But this room has a door connected to room 215, which is occupied currently by Mr. Sharpe. I don't know why the master wanted the rooms connected, but..." Janice trailed, feeling more and more unsure. "I suppose perhaps you know Mr. Sharpe?" she asked politely. She then shook her head. "Never mind that, no need to answer. I just hope I don't hear any complaints from the two of you. If the connecting doors become an issue, please let me know." Janice rubbed her arm impatiently, hoping Mr. Enigma had by now finished his breakfast.

"Now this is what I'm talking about!" he boasted, attracting the attention of the few people sitting in the room. He'd look at how stocked the bar was later; right now his fingers were itching to tickle the ivories. He sat down on the piano bench and noticed that there was already sheet music open on the piano. It was a song he remembered from his childhood; "Ten Little Indians".
"Why is there a children's song here...? Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to play."
He started to play and sing the song. But he quickly realized that the song on the sheet is a lot different than he remembered.
"Ten Little Indians going out to dine; One went and choked his little self and then there were nine.
Nine Little Indian Boys sat up very late; One overslept himself and then there were eight.
Eight Little Indian Boys traveling to Devon; One got left behind and then there were seven.
Seven Little Indian boys playing with a hive; A bumblebee stung one and then there were five.
Five Little Indian boys going in for law; One got in chancery and then there were four.
Four Little Indian boys going out to sea; A red herring swallowed one and then there were three.
Three Little Indian boys walking to the zoo; A big bear hugged one and then there were two.
Two Little Indian boys playing with a gun; One shot the other and then there was one.
One little Indian boy left all alone; He went and hanged himself
…and then there were none."
Jack stared at the sheet music when he was done, perturbed.
"This song is a lot more morbid than I recall..."

As she passed the lounge room, she noticed a few guests enjoying themselves. That's good... Makes my job easier, she thought.
Beautifully played piano music reached her ears as she saw out of the corner of her eye one of guests playing with a confused look on his face.
That's right, the master asked me to place that song on the piano. Must have thought somebody'd play it, she furrowed her eyebrows. He still hasn't told me exactly what "game" he wanted to play with the guests...
...The master!
Janice slapped herself for forgetting. I hope he isn't TOO angry! She ran up the grand staircase and through the hallways until she reached a dead end where two double doors stood. She knocked patiently.
"Mr. Enigma? I'm sorry I forgot, it's just—" The door suddenly swung open before her. Janice walked into the room, feeling suddenly chilly.

"Mr. Enigma!" Janice called, suddenly frightened. As she scurried around the room, she found a note on the bed.
YOU'RE INNOCENT.
YOU LOST THE GAME.
But still useful...
Ten little Indians in a mansion
One got hit on the head, but there were still ten.
"What...?" Janice stared in horror. "I'm... innocent? What—"
A sudden aching pain reached her head as she realized she had been hit.
"NO!" she wailed, turning to see her attacker. Whoever it was, he/she was shrouded in black. She fell to the floor in a crumpled heap, screaming until she reached unconsciousness.

The other man grabbed his wrist and dragged him to a door he was sure had been locked when he passed it. It was open now, and he walked inside.
The first thing that he saw was one of the other guests looking frightened. The woman noticed him and started babbling about finding the body. Jet was immediately suspicious of her, so Joshua started plying information from her. Meanwhile, Jet glanced around the room. The servant that he had seen before had been hit on the head by a baseball bat. The other man had disappeared out the door. There was a breakfast tray on the bedside table, and a note on the floor. It looked rather crumpled. Joshua nudged him mentally, and he realized their conversation was over.
He told the girl "You should tell the other guests. I'll stay here to check for clues." Nodding, she backed out of the room. He walked over to where the note was. It looked like she was holding it and had dropped it when she was hit. It said"

He shuddered. Eww.

Wait..... Game? GAME?!! Was this why he had been invited?!! To die? He couldn't die yet! There was still the president's juiciest secret to expose! He was too young to die!!! "Maybe, just maybe, one of the other guests has been hired to kill us!" He thought. There were two of the most likely suspects. The man who had run into him, and the woman who was first on the scene. Which would probably eliminate them. Or maybe that was what they wanted him to think. Joshua slapped him. "Cut it out!"
If he made it out alive, he was never reading another mystery novel again
PS The Alternating betwen Jet and Joshua was intended.

Where... am I? she thought to herself. My head... it's on fire... She grunted a little, trying to open her eyes.
She found herself on the floor in the master's room with worried guests surrounding her. She attempted to speak, but only a sputtering cough came out as she placed her hand on her head. Janice's mind was still fuzzy; the events from only a few minutes ago were still not coming back to her.
What am I doing here...?

"I-I was attacked...!" she gasped, remembering. "After reading that... where is it?" she stumbled around, failing at standing up. "Where's that note!?"

Janice squinted her eyes to think for a moment. She recognized the freaky note's contents and sighed through her nose as she attempted to think.
"I honestly don't know..." she whimpered, feeling accusing eyes staring at her. "The Master did say... something about a "game"... but I didn't think it was anything like this! Honestly!" she huffed, attempting to stand up, finding the shock still hadn't completely worn out.

Janice's eyes widened in slight horror. The Master... kill me...? The idea clearly still did not go through her mind till that moment. Attempting to breathe steadily, she kept her mind thinking rationally.
"He said I was... innocent... but that I had lost the game... still..." Janice mumbled. Suddenly her eyes perked up.
"The poem... it says that there were still ten, right?" she began. "Still ten little Indians? that means... that I wasn't intended to die... I think..." she clamped her hand over her forehead.
