Then, he looked at Juan.
"What do you want, Taco Bell?" he said scathingly.
Hakuro smirked, "Well, now the leader of COURT shows his true colors: pitch black with a splash of 'orange', yes...?" Hakuro continued spinning the dagger around his finger, "Well then, when you meet with the commander next, tell him that after I kill his #2 man, he'll be 'swimming' in his own blood." Hakuro then ran back off towards Two-Face. If I am right, Juan wasn't the real target of Shelly's attack. Two Face thought his hit would go after his rival, but the commander ordered Shelly to kill Engarde instead. I hope I'm not too late... Hakuro thought. The plan seemed quite elaborate and Hakuro never saw it coming until the last second.
In order to keep public face, Mr. Rage will probably arrest Mr. Corrida so he's safe anyway. I'm not sure if Mr. Lawyer will help me or if he's in on this whole thing as well. Finally, I can determine that, by her mannerisms and her willingness to give up to save herself, that Whiptra is most likely not involved. Finally, there's Jazz and Aquinine. Very mysterious, those two. I have no idea if they are related to this conspiracy or not. All I know is that Shelly is going to kill Engarde unless I hurry and kill him before he has the chance.
Hakuro was lost in thought as he darted for Two-Face's position. When he arrived, he took cover from the view of Engarde and hopefully Shelly as well. Engarde knows something about the Commander... something that could get him killed... I intend to get that information...
((Not sure if that's where you were headed with that or not, but as you can see, Hakuro can sometimes have a slight case of Paranoia and will probably look like an idiot if he proves to be wrong.))

"Is this the place?" he asked. His voice was low and gravely. He caught sight of the mayhem around him.
"What is going on!?" he boomed.

Matt perked up as he heard the Million Dollar Man arrive. The final piece was in place. It was time for "Operation WARGAMES//outbreak" to begin. He spoke into his wristradio.
"Aquinine," he said. "He's here. You know what to do."
He put his gun in his holster and walked toward the Million Dollar Man.

Aquinine heard Matt's instructions and continued to talk to Whiptra.
"Please, Franziska, don't cry..." Aquinine-as-Shatter said. "Everything will be all right. Just leave now..."
He left the sobbing Whiptra and turned back into his normal form, hhiding behind the Million Dollar Man's car.
