He wasn't GOING to die. He would have gone into a deep coma, where everybody would be like "OMG HE'S DEAD!" and then he would be revived later in the plot development ^_^.

It very well could've been him.... But he doesn't have a motive. he thought to himself. "PGFB, we'll be back later." he said, as he and Luna left, driving off to Tres Bien. Alex was hard at work cleaning, but Fleggin stopped him. "What the hell are you doing? Stop that. We're closed today." he said all at once, pushing Alex out the door.

He walked over to the table where Kudo had been sitting, and spotted a piece of shrimp laying on the ground.

Ack, where did he come from?! These could be valuable evidence... I'll just worm my way out.
"Oh, sorry officer. These... These are mine. I own the restaurant, sir." he lied, trying to remain calm.
"Unlikely!" the officer said, snatching the two needles.
"Sorry, officer!" Fleggin called as the policeman left.
"Don't worry, Lulu. He doesn't have this one." he whispered, showing her the needle which had pricked her earlier.
