And just to make sure everyone sees this...
The ones who came in late for the game, make a note if your character is going to join the younger group's game (the game with Trucy, Eva, Julia, Andrew, Darren, and Klavier currently in it) so I can get on with the dice roll. The dice rolls will determine to whom the bottle spins will point to.))

Appearance: Maggey bought him a new coat! It's Green! It really doesn't look any different than before, but it doesn't smell! He also is starting to gray around the temples.
Background: In the past 7 years Gumshoe quit the force and became a Private Investigator. And, due to his association with the famous Miles Edgeworth and Phoenix Wright, has been quite successful. He's dating Maggey Byrde, but feels attracted to Franziska. Although, he would NEVER do anything about that. He values his relationship with "Mr. Edgeworth" too much. ((unless, for whatever reason, it was "OK" :D))
Relation: When Eva asked her father if she could go to a party at the Wright's house, Edgeworth became suspicious. He knew how crazy things got when Wright was involved. He sent Gumshoe to keep tabs on Eva, unaware that Franziska tagged along (with Eva). "No screwups, Mr. Gumshoe. Your salary depends on it."
((My plan is for Cody and Gumshoe to both be sneaking around outside Nick's house, spying. Through some turn of events that I'll work out later, they will be discovered, and then enter the main part of the game. So if you wanna roll for Cody and/or Gumshoe (assuming the adults have their own game), then go ahead, but put them last))

There's no way I'm missing out on this! They think I'm gonna sit quietly at home while they have their little make-out sessions they're crazy!
Cody Hackins wearing his favorite black Nickel Samurai T-Shirt, and dark blue jeans (AKA his "Stealth Gear") snuck up to the Wright home. He peeked in the window and saw more pretty girls than he thought were possible in one place.
Wow. There's Trucy, that little nun girl I saw out side a minute ago, that jerk from the basketball team, and who's the cute older girl? Who's that on the couch? Is that....Eva Edgeworth!?
Cody felt his heart skip a beat. Jackpot. ((He didn't notice Julia or Andrew, they weren't visible from the window.))
He saw a vent up above the window. Right next to the gutter drain. It's like they wanted him to get it. He'd been sneaking into places for years. Concerts, Amusement Parks, Movie Studios. He shuddered. He shook it off and began climbing the drain. He pryed open the vent cover and crawled inside.
GUMSHOE
This isn't the kind of stuff he liked. Of all of the aspects of being a Private Investigator, trailing people was his least favorite. It was hard. And often boring. But this might be different. He thought earlier when Mr. Edgeworth gave him the job. Besides, he could be doing much harder work than watching cute teenage girls braid each other's hair. He felt dirty for some reason now.
I feel weird about this now. What if someone sees me peeking in on those girls? That'd be an ugly mess. He wasn't even sure about what he was supposed to do if something did happen. "Just make sure she doesn't get into any....trouble."
For one thing, how much trouble could a couple of girls get into. For another, what should he do? Barge in and say, "You're dad told me to follow you and keep you out of trouble so cut it out, pal!"
No. Mr. Edgeworth wouldn't appreciate that. "No screw-ups, Mr. Gumshoe. Your paycheck depends on it." Gumshoe didn't feel like arguing the fact that he worked at a set rate. There were no negotiations for his paycheck. He just let Mr. Edgeworth have his fun. Just like old times.
As he watched from a window ((not the one that Cody was at)), he saw Mr. Edgeworth's little girl, Eva was it? pass out. Gumshoe's face went pale. He didn't even wanna think about what Mr. Edgeworth would do if his daughter died on his watch. Or worse.......Ms. von Karma....
(can we make so she kept her surname because she was so famous? I don't like writing "Mrs. Edgeworth" and Gumshoe would never call her "Franziska".))
But before he became undazed. A young man resusitated her. Gumshoe breathed a sigh of relief.
Then he heard a faint clanging noise from the other side of the house.
Right. Back to work, pal. He regained his composure and went to investigate.

Carefully placing Eva on the couch after Trucy placed the props, Darren tucked the blanket over her, making sure that the cookies were within her reach as she drank the water. Giving Eva a quick smile to say he was finished, Darren stood to a full upright, and let out a big stretch.
"Well, that was slightly more eventful than spin the bottle is meant to be," Darren announced, flopping his ams behind his head casually as he swung around to walk back over to Maya, freezeing as he spotted a head in the bushes in a window behind Maya. Trying to look like he didn't notice, Darren swung around back the other way and headed up to Trucy. Resting his hands on his thighs as he bent down to Trucy's height. "Hey, Trucy, you've got a peeping Tom in you window at my 5 oclock. You want me to tackle the guy for you?" ((Lol- Darren wouldn't be able to tackle GUMSHOE XD On skates is one thing, but Gumshoe is alot bigger than Darren and is trained XD ))
Back in the kitchen, Phoenix glanced to the side. How typicial. I called at a bad moment. I wonder if there is ever a good time to call him?
"That's no way to greet someone, Miles," Phoenix replied, "Specially when it's about something you'd want to hear about. But first, I was wondering if you wanted to come over and join us? I managed to find a small box of the tea bags that you use finally. Took me a month to find it, and 5 weeks for it to get here...."
((Lol- Phoenix is stalling XD I think Phoenix would be more urgent if Eva was still unconscious.))

((He plays basketball at school and most of the people know him here for that, but his main sport is Ice hockey. He's a forward for the Legionairs. It makes him bitter though cause it rarely picks up chicks for him XD Basket ball gives him more attention... I think that's why he plays it still...))

But BlackJack, from here on could you not mention anything specific that Edgeworth says? Maybe just say Gumshoe was remembering about what he and Edgeworth talked about, but don't mention anything specific. It'd keep the plot open for new input.
You guys have any ideas where the other end of the vent Cody was crawling in should lead to? If not, is it okay if I place it somewhere near where Klavier is chilling? He's got nothing to do. xP))
His brow twitched again. Tea was the last thing he wanted to hear about, especially after what had just happened. After a few seconds of incomprehensible grumbling Miles managed to regain his composure. He leaned back on his chair and sighed. "Please, Wright. I am a busy man," he replied; an excuse he used too many a time. For a moment he thought about his daughter Eva and hoped that, for both their sakes, Gumshoe was doing his job. "If that is all then it would be best we end this mindless chatter."

He could hear their voices below. He couldn't see anyone but he could hear them. Barely.
"-ey, Tr--y. -----otta Pee-----To-------ur windo---------lock. You ---------tackle the guy-------."
What were they saying? He couldn't really tell but it sounded like some guy saw something by the window. He also heard the words "tackle the guy". Now Cody was worried. Had he been spotted? No, there's no way. He'd been in the vent for at least 5 minutes. And who waits that long to investigate someone peeking in your window?
But what were the chances of someone else snooping around the same house as him? As continued along, lost in thought, he didn't notice one of the panels underneath him was loose.

Cody froze. He heard voices underneath him. They were more excited now. Maybe it was just his paranoia, but he could swear he heard someone say, "Is someone in the ceiling?"

expression into the dusty window panel, "Your daughter had an 'incident' just now, where she required some medical attention. Now, before you get all wound up further..." Turning to lean his back against the wall, Phoenix glanced at his phone with a serious expression, "She's fine now. A qualified doctor is checking her over as I speak just in case it's something we should be concerned with." Lifting himself off the wall, Phoenix strolled over to his cabinet and opened the door of it, "Now, I have a box of tea with your name on it to replace the tea that I'm likely making you miss out on with this, So if you want to come and visit her, I'll make sure it's ready and hot for you when you get here." Smiling to himself, he was sure that making sure that Eva was ok was more than enough to coax Edgeworth into coming over, but he hoped he might be able to con Miles into sticking around for longer. Maybe he could talk Miles into their own game if there were a few more adults around? Goodness knows the man should get out of the house more often and RELAX.((I hope Miles is going to stop the anti mood soon, cause the way he's talking, he REALLY doesn't sound like he wants to leave his house and join them >.> ))

"WHAAAAT!?" Miles spat out. A thousand scenarios started to pop into his head; a thousand absolutely GRUESOME scenarios. Oh dear god, he was starting to feel faint!

Safe. Eva was safe! The life slowly came back to the prosecutor's eyes. He couldn't quite make out what else Phoenix was saying after that what with the sudden surge of emotions. Something about tea? Nevertheless, Eva was his top priority, and he couldn't see himself caring about anything else at the time. It was then that he realized that Phoenix had just finished talking. "Oh. R-Right. I'll be there shortly," he stuttered, ending the call immediately after.
Miles hurriedly rounded up his things and headed for the door. He'd change his clothes along the way; there was hardly time for any more delays. As soon as he was inside his car he made a mental note to schedule an appointment with Mr. Gumshoe later on.

Klavier was leaning against the wall in the main room. Seeing Eva awake and well was quite the relief. And it would appear that another young lady has joined the ranks while he was away. "Another spirit medium?" he whispered to himself. He found it amusing. Did Trucy invite the whole village?
It was then that he heard a creak from nearby. Klavier, curious, strolled over directly beneath where the creak came from. He looked up for a moment, then eventually lowered his head. "Haha..." he laughed silently, snapping his fingers rhythmically. "I don't know exactly how many people you invited, fraulein..." His voice was much louder now, much louder than his voice normally was; loud enough to hear from say, the vents. "But I think someone's trying to sneak in... through the ceiling."

"I don't think he actually heard anything I said about the cup of tea." Phoenix murmered, pushing the 'end call' button and chucking the cellphone onto a bench beside him. "Oh well. Maybe that gave him enough of an adrenaline kick to get him ready for talking to humans and not paper. Filling up his jug with how water, and punching it on for the boil, he knew Miles would be there in a few minutes, so he headed straight off to the front door to play damage control when he got there.
((I can imagine that Miles would storm in and take her home >.> ))
Freezing on the spot as the ceilling made a creeking noise, and Klavier pointed out the visitor, Darren's eye widened in surprise. What's going on? There's some weirdo outside perving on the girls, and something in the ceiling. Are the Wrights being robbed? Surely they don't have anything worth taking besides that Steel Samurai collection.... Spotting Phoenix burst through the door, Darren leapt into his way with flailing arms.
"Mr Wright! You're being cased out! Or robbed or something!"
"WHAT?!" Phoenix yelped, looking around in surprise, "What on earth makes you think that..." Spotting Gumshoe in the window glancing over the bushes, Phoenix paused and adopted a smile. "Gumshoe... Gumshoe had let Mr. Edgeworth down. Eva could have been hurt because he hadn't been paying attention. He wasn't about to make a mistake like that again. When he heard that noise, he dashed off in a hurry. He hadn't even thought to squat under the window as he went past, checking on little Miss Edgeworth one more time.
I hope no one saw me.... Gumshoe thought, worriedly. He ran around back, but he didn't see anyone.
Maybe I was just hearing things. That's it, pal. No more daydreaming when I'm the job.
He chuckled. Boy, he sure was scared. What if it had been a burglar? He could have stopped him, sure, but then his cover'd be blown for sure. And if there's one thing you don't do as a Private Investigator, it was blow your cover.

He looked up. He was sure he heard something. A soft rustle-y sound. He looked up at the tall tree growing in the yard.
Maybe it was just a squirrel. Now you're just freakin' yourself out, pal. He then turned back to watching Eva. Just in time to see Phoenix running towards him. He tried to turn and run, but tripped over himself and landed on his butt.
"Hehh, Mr. Wright.....how's it goin', pal?"
Mr. Edgeworth was going to have a cow..........

WHATNOWHATNOWHATNOW!? He was sure he heard a guy say "It's in the ceiling."
His heart started beating faster, he hadn't been caught in years. Not since that one time. He wasn't gonna get caught now.
He quickly crawled back the way he'd came. Better to miss out on the girls then get caught.
Cody soon made it to the entrance, where he had carefully place the grate back after he crawled in. He eased it open, and stuck his head out to make sure the coast was clear. Right below him was a tall muscular man in a trench coat and sunglasses. Despite the fact that it was dark outside already. Is this who they sent to tackle me? Cody thought, frantically.
He quickly pulled his head back in and shut the grate. It made a slight rustling sound, but Trench Coat didn't seem to notice. In the very least, he didn't come after him.
Great, now I'm stuck. I can't get out that way. His pulse began to speed up. There's gotta be another outside vent somewhere. There's just gotta be!
He snuck back the way he came (again), this time carefully crawling over the loose panel, and continued making his way down the vent. He picked up some speed, but was careful to watch for any more creaky panels. He turned a corner and saw a light. He had to get out!
His adrenaline pumping, Cody kicked the grate open. He stucks his head to gasp the fresh air, and realized he wasn't outside.....he was in a kitchen.

There was a boy's head sticking out of the vent!
"What are you doing here?!" Trucy yelled, frightened out of her wits.
Maya turned to look out the window after Nick had ran outside, to see Gumshoe creeping about the bushes.."Oh God Gumshoe, what are you doing now?" She groaned to herself.
Maya ran outside after Nick.

Pulling Gumshoe to a stand, Phoenix continuedto hold Gumshoes hand, to ensure that he didn't escape so quickly. "I'd also like to introduce our 'peeping Tom' to the household.

The ceiling creaked and everybody started panicking. "I don't know what you're worring about. My ceiling creaks ALL the time." Nobody paid any attention to her, so she gave up and strted to wonder whether Mystic Maya would let her join in the spin the bottle.
((i thought it would be funnier if cherry had no idea about the gavinners. should lea to some funny conversations between her and klav later on))

Kind of in a gruff that Maya dashed outside before he could impress her more, Darren sighed, and sat back down beside his sister with a slight pout. Julia looked at Darren and giggled,
"Hey, you looked like you had her for a minute! That's like... a world record for you, right?"
"Yeah yeah," Darren sighed, rolling his eyes at her, "I know- less me being a hero, and more more grabbing her and nailing her foot to the floor?"
"I thought you were very sweet to help out Eva like that." Julia smiled, "I don't think being a hero in this instance was the wrong thing to do at all."
"I'm glad someone thinks so," Darren finally smiled, giving his sister a sideways hug.

But that happy thought wasn't enough to ease Gumshoe's mind. He was so worried about what Mr. Edgeworth is gonna do to him that he hardly noticed as Wright helped him up and led him inside.
"I want everyone to meet our 'Peeping Tom'." Wright told Ms. Fey, who was here too. She said something to Gumshoe, but he was already too lost in thought.
"Peeping Tom"? Is that what they think I am? And isn't that Miss Fey? She sure has grown. I hope that Pearls isn't here....
How did i get into this mess?

It would seem that Trucy had discovered the vent-crawling sneak. Considering the size of the vent the person would most probably be small; well, maybe not that small, but definitely not a person big enough to pose a threat. But still said person did attempt to enter the house without being noticed, and as plausible the reason he was thinking of was there was still room for doubt. That was enough to make him worry.
"Who are you? What do you want? Let me warn you, I know kung-fu!"
He quickly paced towards the kitchen. She was brave, he'll give her that, but Klavier couldn't leave a young girl to fend for herself against a possibly armed person. He had encountered cases in the past where attempted robbery led to murder, and it could very well happen again. With a swing of his arm the door opened. From a distance he saw...
A boy.
His initial theory was becoming more and more likely but there wasn't any assurance of that yet. Klavier stepped in front of Trucy, shielding her, and flashed his well-trained smile. "Breaking into another person's house is against the law, young man..." he said. His voice was sweet but still held a sense of caution.
((I'm going to give Gumshoe a bit of time to ease into Nick's home before I have Edgeworth come in.))

(((BTW, in the description DARREN was the one looking at the ceiling, and Klaver the freakish adult who thought he was a big kid - Cherry isn't used to fashion, so she thinks KLAVEIR'S dressed oddly, and her normally, not the other way around. sorry if i wasn't clear enough)))

Before Trucy could answer the strange boy, Klavier burst into the room and stood infont of her in a protective stance.
'Ohh The Prince has come to save me!' Trucy thought, careful not to let out a giggle.
"Breaking into another person's house is against the law, young man..."
Right after him came Cherry, who asked "Trucy? I'm confused. Is this some strange city way of entering parties? if you like I'll go back outside and enter the proper way through the ceiling."
"Definitely not Cherry...Definitely not.."
Then leaning closer against klavier as if she were scared, she poked her head around to see the odd boy and asked again
"Who are you?"
"Nick...Gumshoe wasnt doing what I hope he wasnt doing right? Thats not Gumshoe at all!"
