"Stay out of the kitchen? But I wanted to make everyone cake," Lida said absentmindedly. "Well, I guess there's just one solution: I must randomly talk to people like I usually would. Besides, according to the judge, it's a blizzard outside, so I'm trapped here. Wait, did I just say all of this aloud?" She looked at everyone, bewildered. Then, she decided to start a conversation with one of her sons.
"Hey, DeMat," Lida said, walking over to DeMatador. "Matty."

DeMat was confused. From the looks of its gaze, the Hypnogant had just a 'sploded someone's head. Why? Did it even matter? He realized this was turning into utter nonsense, and prepared to escap-

DeMat was standing in the hotel room's kitchen, not knowing what was going on. He saw people around him, who looked as confused as him.
Then, the Bellboy appeared, spoke into a microphone, and asked them not to break stuff.
"Aw, Mom was going to bake cakes.", he said, disappointed. "CAKES!!", he almost yelled at the microphone, shaking his fist. Oh, well...
After listening to the phantom-ish Judge speaking about the blizzard.
He shrugged. Why would they want to go out anyway? Wasn't this supposed to be a reunion, at least? He noticed some people had left, like Shen.
So he began chatting with Lida.
"Hey, Mom!", he said. "What's up with this place?"

"But, man, this place is huge. I don't suppose you, then, by any chance, know where the bar is?" she then said, turning back to the other person. She put her cellphone back into her pocket after confirming the time. There were a lot of people in the lobby itself, and she guessed there were more in the main hall. If Irya didn't know, perhaps she could ask somebody else here. Holding onto this thought, she specifically searched the room for bellboy uniforms.

The Bellboy conveniently appeared. "There is a bar over there just outside the kitchen, it serves hot tea and coffee. But the coffee has a limit of 5 cups. Not that anyone expects you to drink that much, but we had this one gentleman who insisted on drinking 17 cups. We couldn't handle anymore people with addictions like that. It's not healthy anyway." Then the Bellboy wandered off towards the kitchen to chastise Lida and DeMat for entering the kitchen despite his warnings.
((No editing is necessary, but remember that when I say "There is a blizzard outside", I mean that it looks like this:
You can see the Hotel's 4th floor in this shot.
I'll let Tsuki's entrace stand, but keep that in mind from now on.

"What the? This snow is too thick, it's like up to four feet, can't play in this" he sighed. Glancing up he saw Irya and Tsuki outside in the gap that the snow had made "Hey you guys had better come in, any longer and the door would be completely covered" he called to them while several disapproving Bellboys showed up to clear up the snow "Please refrain from going outside sir, emergency services have been contacted and you will be allowed outside in due time" they warned him in perfect unison.
(Can't see your picture Blackjack but I get the feeling it's ridiculously snowy outside....plus I know what a closed circle environment is.

DeMat scratched his neck, and sighed. "I have no idea either. And I don't remember anything before that, either. I remember... being here, with all of us here. I don't remember what we are doing here, either." He paused. "Well, I actually never knew what we are doing here..."
He then saw a bellboy approaching. The man spoke, in that tidy voice, that, regardless of what they speak, never show a sign of other emotion aside from... tidyness.
"Lady, gentleman, I would be grateful if you could please abandon the kitchen, for we are preparing dinner, thank you."
DeMat hesitated a bit. "Uh- Oh, yeah. Sorry.", he said, with a little smile. "Let's go, Lida."
They entered the hotel room were they started (although he didn't remember what had happened in there), where most people were, and resumed the conversation.
DeMat looked through a window.
"HOLY JEEBUS!", he exclaimed, noticing the window was completely covered by white. "Look at all that snow! It seems we are seriously trapped here..."

Tsuki offered, trying not to sound desperate for some company. She could fairly well handle being alone... She'd gotten used to it, but someone to talk to had never hurt anybody. She only hoped the bar was at least a quieter place.

"Ah, thanks, Matty," Lida said, putting one of her hands behind her head. "Okay...This is a story about bravery, trust, friendship, love, and miracles. Or is it?" She smiled mischievously. "This is also a story about greed, hate and revenge." She looked at everyone intensely. "The story of Soren O' Ryan, a pirate, a thief, and a trickster." She looked around. "One day, he arrived in the docks of the capital city, Tepple. This was a place that didn't welcome pirates at all, and in fact had several pirates hanged over a cliff by the dock as a little warning, which was why he disguised himself as a merchant and made his ship look the part.
"'Ah! I received terrible news!' Soren shouted. 'Thieves! Pirates! They're heading this way! I must see the king at once!' The guards led him to the castle without hesitation nor question. Soren hid his smile. How easy it would be to kidnap the king's daughter, Esmeralda, if they were all that stupid in Tepple. He was led to the king's chambers, where he bowed deeply.
"'Your Majesty!' he shouted frantically. 'I-it was awful...I was kidnapped by pirates and they...They talked about kidnapping your daughter and holding her for ransom. I...I got here as fast as I could, but they can't be far behind!'
"'Hm...How did you escape?' the king asked.
"'I...Jumped off the ship...And swam to my merchant ship, where there were...More pirates! I had to...It was terrible...' Soren replied, feigning reliving one of his worst memories. The king nodded his understanding and asked for more details. Soren quickly gained the king's trust, and was allowed to live in the castle." At this point, Lida stopped, letting everyone take in the story so far as she drank some water.
