Said Blake, with a serious look in his face. He couldn't lay his eyes off his opponent and the chessboard, studying each movement.
'So... When will this thing start moving? I can't wait to arrive to India! And get my daggers back..' He said (and thought).
He tried to look at the pilot's cabin, but then realized his negligence and gazed upon the game area as quickly as possible, looking for any changes in the chessboard.

But Marty is quite good as well, for a first-timer. How'd he learn so fast, then? But he doesn't know everything, it seems." 'Actually..' she started. 'I don't really listen to music a lot.'
Music wasn't something made for her. She lived alone in the wild nature for years, and the only music she heard was that of the animals, or the music random people who passed. In the orphanage she was never interested in buying something music-related anyway.
Miyu then took a quick glance at the chess-playing people to know whose voice matched who.
Her eyes crossed Tyler for a second.
Seems like i'm not the only one listening.
She then turned back to Hafen.

Blake heard how his mate's opponent helplessly admitted defeat. I'm glad I'm not against someone so weak at chess He thought, but just after that, Paige stated that Marty hadn't actually lost, and Blake was reassured again. Hah, it seems it was a false alarm. That Marty isn't that bad, after all. Not that I'm good, but I like a challenge
Blake liked tough opponents, and preffered the experience of losing to a pro than the joy of beating a rookie.
Then, the host announced the start of the flight through a screen. but Blake was keeping his eyes on the game, and he barely heard it. 'Did he say we're about to start moving! Great! I was getting impatient!' He said, still looking forwards.

When the host gave his message, Miyu looked out of the window again.
She never flied before. And never heard anything about it too. She only knew that it's a thing what can fly people to other places. Further she knew that it's big, that there are windows and that it could crash.
Miyu tapped her head down, making it cover up her eyes.
She did that to strongen her hearing sense by blocking her sight.
Miyu didn't know what was coming, but she was open for new things.

She didn't regonize the sounds of the plane.
Miyu looked out of the window, feeling her heart beat slightly faster.
Miyu slowly turned her head to Hafen.
'Are you okay..?' She asked.
Sure she knew he wasn't okay.
Miyu wanted to say something else, but nothing came to her mind.
Without waiting for Hafen to answer, Miyu turned her head, tapping her head down again.
She closed her eyes, trying to get used to the sound of the airplane while listening to everything else.
Plane.. no succes.

Somewhat later, He was awfully quiet.
Hafen wasn't really quiet normally, and Miyu concentrated on his breathing sound.
It sounded like he was.. either very calm or sleeping.
Miyu looked up, spotting him sleeping there.
She looked at him, finding it a bit weird to fall asleep when you just finished a sentence.
Suddenly, Miyu didn't feel so well.
She looked down.
.. Why.. Am i getting sick?
Miyu closed her eyes and let her head rest on her hands.
Plane.. fail..

He noticed Marty sitting behind him, and Willow was still sitting next to him.
'So, have you flewn before?' Asked Blake to Willow, trying to break the ice.
'This is my first flight, but I'm quite fine' Or at least, better than that guy there He thought, while seeing how Hafen gripped his seat tightly, and then seemed to faint.

She had expected to see the ground, but she still saw clouds.

As the plane started to take off, Paige stopped watching the game and took the seat behind the chess players. Once they were airborne, she took out her notebook and organized the information she'd gathered about each player. Afterwards, she closed it, and putting it back in her pouch, tried to get some shuteye.
Three hours later, she was wide awake because of a loud voice, and once she located the source, she looked up as the host, appearing on the overhead television announced, "You may not be expecting this, but your first challenge...starts right here." Blinking twice to see if she was still dreaming, she looked out the window and saw that they were still quite high up, and thought, "Great. Just great. Thank goodness I didn't have a fear of flying, else I'd forfeit this instant. Then again, I'd have forfeited earlier if that was the case." Opening a snack that she got from a stewardess previously, she anxiously waited for further instructions, trying to make out what the commotion was all about.
