“Er…thanks,” Yuki replied, a little unnerved at the way he threw the box cutter. She cut open the tape on the sides of the box and lifted the lid. Gazing lovingly at the contents for a moment before taking it out, Yuki reached through the packing peanuts and pulled out an ice-themed electric guitar.

“Here you are, my pretty,” she said, strumming it affectionately. “I wish I could have brought this with me, but I couldn’t have carried it. So I had to ship it out.” Yuki wondered if she should bring her guitar upstairs or play it in the living room.

"Care to explain what that is about? Did I do something to you? Or maybe I remind you of someone you hate? I'm not trying to hit on her, if that's what you are worried about, gentleman" Mira made a head gesture to indicate winking, then noted the electric guitar. "Ah! You play electric guitar?" Mira asked Yuki.

“Yeah, I’ve been playing for a few years,” Yuki replied. “My friend Luth taught me how to play.”

Kicking the box off to the side (and knocking out a few packing peanuts in the process), Yuki carried her guitar over to the couch and sat down. She began to play one of her favorite songs, “Under Pressure” by Queen.

Stefan nodded at the sight of the guitar. "I would recommend playing it upstairs, in case it gets, say, a knife cut. Do you have an amplifier, by the way?" he asked.

Stefan knew the tune reletively well. "One moment." he said, making his way to his room, coming back down with his own guitar. He waited for Yuki to finish - no chance of being able to start playing to the tune now.

Mira started shaking for a bit, seeing as there were two electric guitars in the room. Then, he started to calm down. "Do you like to make enemies or something? Because irrational assumptions will make you a lot of enemies."

“Oh, Stefan, you play guitar too?” she said brightly, taking notice of Stefan’s guitar. “No, I didn’t bring an amp. Didn’t want any complaints about the noise. I don’t need one though.”

Yuki took notice of Mira’s odd tendencies. “What’s wrong? Do you have a tiff with guitars or something?” she asked him as she finished the song.

Yuki mentally dismissed the odd Mira for now, and listened to Stefan play. “I haven’t heard that song before,” she said thoughtfully. “I’m not as knowledgeable about music as I would like to be, though.”

“Ah, there’s a Beatles song I haven’t heard,” Yuki murmured to herself, listening to Stefan sing.

She was reminded of that incident at Hazakura Temple not long ago, when her secret was let out due to the efforts of a certain jackass with a three-letter name. Wondering what happened to him, though not really caring other than for the safety of his intended victims, Yuki stretched out across the couch and lazily yawned. She wished that she had never met that man. But then, it was all in the past, and she didn’t intend to ever see him again. It didn’t really matter anyway.

“Well, it’s not technically Beatles, per se,” Yuki began, picking up her guitar, “but I do know how to play ‘Working Class Hero,’ from John Lennon’s solo career.”

Yuki began to play the aforementioned song. It reminded her of her home, and growing up being ridiculed and verbally abused by her peers. This song sure brings up memories, Yuki thought as she began to sing along.

The lack if reaction is unusual...... Could that pairing be possible? Oh well, to my room I go. Mira made went up the stairs and when to his room. Once in his room, he took out a circuit board, plugged into a power source, took out some tools, put on rubber gloves, and started to fiddle with the circuit, resulting in various beeps, tones, and slides; all in a rhythmic pattern, as if playing a song. If you enjoy or tolerate electronic music, Mira was doing ok.

Valarie nodded back with a smile as David patted her shoulder, she started then, to walk across the hallway. Valarie was extremely curious of what was inside this house. A strange vibe came across her from everything she saw, from the classic paintings to the creeky floor. Something weird was going to happen in these three months.....

Ron examined everything extremely closely as he walked through the halls. There had to be some clues around here as to what was going to happen. If anything was going to happen. "Hmm... no... no..." he muttered as he ran his hand across the wall, looking for any secret switches or the like. In the end he sighed and gave up, figuring it was just his over active imagination that was just pushing him forward. The same over active imagination that convinced him to become Mask*DeMasque. Then again, that proved to be a good thing for him. With that in mind, he continued his search, in a better mood.

I suppose Max/Franziska and Ron/Dessie. You should too.

Mira kept playing his electronic instrument, increasing the volume after a few minutes. Half an hour later, the rhythm of the song became repetitive, the beats were also repetitive. Everything about the song at this point was repetitive, as if Mira was in a trance. Could something be wrong? Normally, Mira does not do that with his instruments.

Valarie, still wondering around the huge house. found a door which she guessed, would lead to outside. She rose her hand and twisted the handle and smelt the fresh air. The garden was quite pretty, in her opinion with all of its different types of flowers. She started to examine some of them.

The tone of the notes began to sound worrisome. Any good detective who is listening to Mira's music could tell that something is wrong. Whether or not it was Mira or his instrument, it is hard to tell, but if it was the instrument, the music would have stopped now. But the music kept playing.

When Yuki had finished, Stefan played a different version of Working Class Hero. It was quite a bit faster. When he finished, "Was that OK?" It was a new song to Stefan.

“Hey, let’s not fight, you two,” Yuki, always the mediator, said to Mira and Stefan. In response to Mira’s question, she replied, “Sorry, I’ve no idea. I had to have my guitar shipped out because I couldn’t carry it with me, but I really don’t know.”

Answering Stefan, she said, “Oh, I don’t know, it seems like it would be a good experience to meet people, I guess. Kind of like that reality show, ‘The Real World.’”

Yuki didn’t really care for reality shows whose focal point were that of others fighting, but she figured that Stefan would understand her point.
