Raphael was now inside his office, seating on a office chair, spinning on it, bored out of his mind, as he waited for the aqua-blue colored pen-drive to load the files that were stored on it's hardrive in his Dell Inspiron 1525 notebook.

Just as he was about to drift off into sleep, the machine made a "Ding!" sound, signaling that it had finally loaded. He was now typing furiously, all the same linking his notebook to a printer sitted to the right of the messy desk.

He clicked a button, leaned back, and awaited for the machine to print all of his precious and hard-gained research. Were his plan to work, he would most likely gain great reputation on the HQ- who knows, maybe even a promotion...!

He now awaited once more as the printer slowly printed the papers.

"Fairview...Some sort of plantation huh? Be there in a few minutes." Brutus hung up his phone and looked at that signs near him. "Firo ave", Brutus wasn't too far from Fairview, only about a mile and a half. He stretched for a minute and took off running towards fairview. Should only take about 5 minutes as long as nothing stopped him.

((Bit of a time lapse here so Sylvester does not need to react. Edit: Wait nevermind! Can't believe I didn't read that line...))

Migoto relayed the information to Chase. "Are you gonna be okay?" she asked, "With your arm and everything?" He was supposed to stay out of action for a month, but it looked like that was never going to happen. "I don't want it to get opened up again or anything."

Just in case... He hugged Migototightly and kissed her. "I love you. I'll be back," he promised, then began to sprint off to cut Grant off.

"Ch-Chase!" Migoto called after him, but he was already gone. "I... I love you too..." She knew Chase told her to say there, but she wasn't going let him be alone with Grant. She took off after him and eventually caught up to him. "Chase!" she cried, "I'm not letting you do this alone! I'm standing by you no matter what!"

Chase rolled his eyes. "Alright, fine. Come on!" He sprinted to the combine and stood in front of it, with Migoto at his side as Grant came out of the maze of plants. Chase immediately trained his gun on him. Realizing he was cornered, Grant stopped running.

"So, what happens now?" Grant asked, smiling wryly. "Gonna shoot me now?" Chase nodded. "I'm putting a stop to this. You're not gonna hurt anyone anymore." The monks were too far away. Grant knew that he was at Chase's mercy. "But you've never killed anyone before. You told me so yourself." Chase shook his head. "I never had a good enough reason. But now I do." He cocked the pistol in his hand and his finger tensed. Suddenly, Grant began to laugh. Low and soft at first, then louder, louder, turning into a cackle. "What's so funny? I'm about to kill you!" Grant looked up. "You're going to kill your own brother?"

Migoto looked at Chase, then at Grant, then Chase again. Was that why they looked so similar? But he could be lying to throw Chase off. "Prove it" she said, "How do we know you're not lying to mess with Chase's head." She put her hands on her hips. "And if Chase won't shoot you, I might have too."

Grant yelled out, then his eyes flared in anger. He leaped towards Essa, propelling himself like a cheetah, pulling her to the ground and punching her repeatedly in a frenzy. Chase acted quickly and threw him off of her, holding him to the ground by his neck. "What the hell are you talking about?! We met in London. You can't be my brother!"

"We look the same, idiot! Our mother was a brunette, our father was blonde! They abandoned you, me, and Carly, our sister when we were born! I was ten when I left you guys to go travelling," he choked out. Chase blinked. "You knew my parents?" "OUR parents!" Grant said, struggling with Chase's arm.

Essa growled in pain and got up carefully, reaching for her pistol. "YOU! You..runt!" She immediately shot him in the same leg at a point that would not leave any permanent damage, but (along with the previous shot) would prevent him from walking. "Remember who you're dealing with--"
"Essa! What..?" Sylvester ran in, staring at Essa's gun, then Chase's bullet wounds, then back to Essa's face. "You shot him twice in succession?!"
Essa rolled her eyes and holstered the gun. "Oh, gather your mustangs, cowboy! He'll be fine!"

Migoto quickly ran to Essa. "Essa!' She said, concerned, "Are you okay?" Even though she wasn't a sophisticate anymore, That didn't mean she didn't care about them. Essa and the other lieutenants was more than her subordinates, they were her friends. She looked for any injuries. "And you were always a good shot, Girly."

Grant screamed in agony and struggled against Chase, who held him down firmly. "I'm not letting you go until you tell me about my family!" he demanded. Grant breathed heavily, teeth clenched. "Mom and Dad were super thieves, sort of like a genetic anomaly. Somehow, they found eachother and had us. We're special, you, me, and Carly. Why do you think no one else can do what we do?" Chase couldn't believe it. "Why did they leave us, then?"

Grant grunted in pain. "Mom died getting chased by the police. Dad lost it and went on a looting spree, he went berserk. He ended up somewhere in Asia, and he's locked up where no one can find him. I tried." Chase's grip loosened. "Why did you leave, then?" Grant spat blood on the ground next to him. "You and Carly were making me sick with all your talk about helping people. Why should we help anyone?! Look what 'normal' people did to us. We deserved better, and you two couldn't see it. I went travelling all around the world, till we met up again in London. You must have forgotten about me." Chase was dumbfounded. "This... It can't be true. You're lying!" he shouted, pressing the gun to his chin. "I swear! How else do you explain how we both have one ridiculously long title with no surname? Face it, we're brothers!" Grant protested. Chase closed his eyes tightly and shook his head disbelievingly.

Mercer steadied his rifle. Taking shots in this kind of environment wasn't new to him, but it was still a difficult situation. Grant was on the ground, but with Chase on top of him, Mercer couldn't take the shot without risking hitting chase. But it looked like Grant was down for the count, so Mercer wasn't worried that he would have to shoot. He couldn't hear what was being said, but if it were important, he'd be briefed afterward.

Grant struggled. "What the hell do you know?! I could have killed your little boyfriend in the casino, but did I? No!" he shouted, but Chase's grip tightened. "Hey! You shut up. I'm trying to figure out whether to kill you or not, asshole!" Grant looked away. "I'm losing a lot of blood here, Chase. Make up your mind. I'm probably gonna die anyway." Chase tensed up. "Shut up! Shut up!" he yelled. "C'mon! Do it for me! I don't even care anymore. What's the point?" Chase groaned loudly and shot his pistol off in the distance. "I said shut the hell up, Grant!" Chase was conflicted. He couldn't kill Grant now that he knew they were brothers, but what else was there?

Grant rubbed his throat as his monks finally arrived at the scene. He grinned. "You always had those morals. You're not more righteous than anyone else, Chase." He turned around and hobbled off. "Don't worry; you won't see me again. I'm gonna go find Carly," he said. "I'll send her your regards."

Chase closed his eyes tightly, cursing himself. What was Grant going to do now? He had no idea, but there was one clear thing: he couldn't kill him. Grant walked away with his team of monks into the distance, Grant limping and being supported by Quin Dao.

Chase followed her without saying a word. He couldn't even bring himself to open his eyes. He just went along with Migoto silently, thinking about his family, Grant, Carly. He wondered where she was, as a matter of fact. Part of him wanted to join Grant in searching for her, but he knew he couldn't.

Brutus had made it to Fairview and quickly spotted the plantation and started to run right to it. He was all ready quite winded after running what had to be a record time to this place and his nice suit was starting to get really hot but he had to protect his boss, Er, Bosses. When he reached what seemed to be an entrance he stopped to catch his breath. "Note to self.... Run more often... Or maybe sleep 3 times a week instead of 2. All right....Where's Sylvester in this dang place?"

Mercer kept tracking Grant with his rifle. If this were war, he would take the shot. But this isn't war, he had to remind himself. He let out the breath he had been holding and lowered his rifle. "Yes ma'am," He said to into his headset, "Returning to base."

Mercer broke his rifle down, stowed it in his briefcase and began to climb down the fire escape stairway. His combat high was quickly draining out of his bloodstream. Fatigue weighed down his legs as if they were made of lead. Reaching the street, he started the long trek back to the forest.

Sylvester gestured for Essa to follow him. "I'll see you later, guys. Gotta see a guy about a giant barracuda's saliva enzymes. Essa, I'll drop you off home. You still need to finalise the preperations for your big day." He briskly walked down to where he'd parked the Mito as Essa said goodbye and followed. They got in, and Essax proposed a question. "Sylvester, can you get Cher Lloyd to sing at the wedding?"
On the outside, Sylvester raised an eyebrow, looking sceptical. "I'll see what I can do." On the inside, however, Sylvester's inner teenage fanboy was squeeing quantatively at the opportunity to meet Cher Lloyd.

When they got home, Migoto hugged Chase close. "I'm sorry Chase..." she said softly, "I'm sorry for everything..." she actually started to tear up. It killed her to see him like this. "Ch-Chase... Please... Just look at me... Please?"

Brutus started to see people emerge from the plantation some more damaged than others. It seemed what ever happened in the plantation was now over. Brutus saw Sylvester leave and decided not to follow him seeing as someone following him all ready. "Huh, Guess I missed whatever happened today. I'll have to call Mig.... Sylvester to get caught up what happened when I was gone. I better go home and sleep. Oww.....Dang head aches are coming back..."

Brutus took a few breathes and started to walk to his little condo in the nice part of town to finally rest after his hectic week of fighting and finding out he has a new boss. This certainly was the most memorable week he could remember...

Chase turned around and pulled her into a hug. "Don't cry, Migoto. I've just gotta think for a while. I'm scared that I'm gonna be a terrible father too. Good dads don't run in my family," he said, wiping her tears off. "I'm just gonna go to bed." He walked over to the bed and laid down with a tired grunt, thinking about everything that had happened.

Migoto took her hair out of the hair tie and snuggled up to Chase. She loved this man more than anything and she hated seeing him like this. When she saw that look on his face, it felt like someone stabbed her in the heart. She slowly drifted off to sleep, thinking of a way to get the hyper, crazy Chase back.

That night, Chase had a nightmare about his child growing up without a father because of him dying in an accident. He tossed and turned and woke up in a fit at about two in the morning. He sat still in the cold silence for a while until he fell back onto the bed with a groan, covering his eyes with his hands.
