After Somari was finished with that, Somari pulled out his DS. He started doodling something on the first screen: A picture of Zex and Skylar, with a broken heart over them, never looking at each other ever again.

"Aaah, I'm hungry," Skylar complained, letting go of Zex's hand. She ventured through shelf after shelf until she found what she was looking for. "RAMEN BOOYAH!!!"

She sat down happily and ate the ramen.

"Did she just... did you just say... 'booyah'...?" Dragon-Wolf stared at her. "Oh my God, I don't know whether to call the mayor or not... Actually, I'll see what he says."

Dragon-Wolf morphed to a human and pulled a phone out from his pocket. He dialled a number.

"Hey, I got something to tell ya. No, it's not where I am. Shut up. Skylar's got a boyfriend. No, it's not me. It's this guuuuuy and STUFF. Yeah, yeah, whatever. Look, it's having a really scary effect on her. WHAT DO I DO, she's scaring me. But... BUT BUT BUUUUUUTTTTT... GAH! SHUT UUUUUUPPPPP!!! Fweeeeh... Skylar, you talk to him," Dragon-Wolf handed over the phone.

"Hi Dad," Skylar said through a mouthful of ramen. "Yeah, I've got a boyfriend. Well it was always gonna happen, I'm surrounded by guys here. Yes, I'm fine. Yes, the guy's nice. Look, I mean... LOOK DAD ARE YOU NOT ALLOWED TO - oh shut uuuup... Look, I nearly died and stuff and this guy saved me and stuff. Yes, yes, I know I'm too reckless with my health - you don't need to remind me about the time I tried to walk into a hurricane, dad. Hmm? Wha- GAAAAAAAH?!?!?!?!? DAD WHAT SORT OF- fuck offffffffff!!!!!!! I hate you so much!!" Skylar sreamed, and Dragon-Wolf noticed she had blushed various times during the conversation, as well as turning bright red. Skylar hung up and handed the phone back to Dragon-Wolf.

"Gaaah... I'm tired. You guys don't do anything stupid when I'm asleep, you got it?" Skylar said, pointing a finger. She finished her ramen and fell asleep on the spot.

Once the couple left, Somari gave a sigh of relief, put his DS in his pocket, then proceeded to make three packs of Ramen.

"Thank god they're gone", Somari said as he did all that, without realizing how rude he was probably sounding, "I don't know what I would've done if I had to be in the same room as a couple in love any longer..."

Mace began to eat the tuna, like an angry animal. Clawing it, ripping it to shreds. Eating the eyes whole, mostly not even swallowing anything. "You're not the only one." she said with her mouth full, then continued eating.

Just then, Somari walked in. Past all of the scratches, he was crying too, more out of anger in himself than out of the pain.

"I'm sorry Mace", Somari said, as he slowly walked over to Mace, "I had no idea I was being such a jerk about it. I'm just so tired..." He thought about his word choice for a moment, "... of seeing so many couples around. Love grosses me out, but I shouldn't have been so mean about it. I'm really sorry."

He looked down, sniffling.
