Meanwhile, Lewis was still carrying Power. He was on the lawn when Carla got to him, and stopped, listening to what she said. "We were kinda dating a while ago." He got his hopes up and asked her why they broke up.

Lewis nodded to Lana to show him he understood. He walked just around the house, and reappeared seconds later with a chair each for him and Lana. He sat in one himself and remained quiet.

Power was drowzy under the anesaethic. He hoped he'd just woken up after the surgery. He looked at his arm, it looked better. He was exhausted, even a breath caused major fatigue. Hoping Carla wasn't worrying too much about him, he feel back asleep due a mixture of morphine and tiredness.
