Alison shook her head still uncertain but glad she had found a second pistol to use "No they aren't cannibals really, biting is just one way they can spread the infection but that was early stage stuff, it seems the virus has evolved out of that behaviour now and most prefer hand-to-hand combat as a way of fighting though some have other methods of inflicting pain..." she said bending down to examine the witch's claws and muttering "Incredible" to herself.

Ethan watched as Gin slammed the blade into the witch's midsection. He knelt over the fallen infected and whispered, "You're pain is over at last, my dear. Rest in peace."

Ethan didn't personally know the infected, however he believed that killing them was an act of mercy, setting them free from their blight at long last.

He stood and looked around. He was uneasy now, since they found a witch in the basement. He thought the building was secure. Now, he wasn't as sure as before. He said, "Victor, come with me. We're going to re-secure the building. I don't know how she got inside, but it shouldn't have been here. Be on the lookout for chargers, tanks or hunters."

"Those are okay, just turn them on" Victor said then he looked at Ethan and said: "You and Gin go to clean the east side near the offices and the stairwell to the second floor, as soon as we end up here we'll activate the security system and close the windows and doors" He tried to think what to do with Alison and Kimiko and preferred to stay with them because if the place had more infecteds they would have attacked already: "Hey, Ethan I'll stay with the survivors... Luneth" He said as he turned " As long as you end up there come with me to the security room" Then he watched as she turned the power back on.

(I'm trying to imagine the station as the one in RE2 so if you played it then you can understand, if you don't like it tell me please to change my post)

Alison frowned A witch might make a good specimen for my experiment...she seems to retain some intelligence or emotion... she thought before nodded "Do as you wish with her still I don't see why we can't just stay down here, the infected don't have some advanced sense of smell or hearing they can't easily find us provided we keep ourselves quiet" she said before brightening up as she discovered a stockpile of ammo in the basement once the lights were on. "Still what kind of security system would a building like this have?" she asked as she filled her satchels with pistol clips.

"It's made in case every defense in the city falls, maybe it looks a little extreme but it seals windows and doors, it always lets the ventilation go but it leaves every hole covered, so if what you say is accurate, they won't even see the lights we turn on" He then thought about it and answered: "If you want to stay here fine but please call if you see anything also something else, with the security room I can deactivate the lock in the storage room for ourselves to get weapons ammo and tools needed, so yeah I think it's necessary" Then he turned at the corner and moved carefully so not to warn something of his presence.

Gin took Luneth's endeavors into his own hands, and tried to sever a claw. "Oh my, this skin's like a natural body armor." he exclaimed mildly, after being unable to cut deeper than an inch. He drew his sidearm and fired two shots into the witch's abdomen. Then bullets stuck in place, not penetrating. "What tough skin. We could use it...for body armor...couldn't we? That is, if we could get it off. The claws would...I daresay...also remedy your lack of sword problem." he smirked. "I'll go to the second floor and see if anything more useful is up there."

He listened as Gin surprised himself of the cappabilities of the witches, he had already faced one during the first week, but it was a tough work to take her out. He moved and as he faced the first door to the left, he started opening as he pointed carefully. He then moved into the room looking if there was anyone taking shelter, then as he didn't see anyone he walked to the ligh switch, and turned it on, he then turned the computers on and activated the security system locking every entrance to the station then he unlocked the storage room so as to get new clothes, another satchel and some more firepower. As he returned to the basemen's main hall he said out loud: "The station is secured, now we just have to get the supplies and weapons in the storage room and start cleaning the station"

The lights flickered on, making it easy to see. Invariably, any witches would also be startled. Hopefully, there were no more, at least not in the vicinity of the station. Gin trudged his way up to the second floor, keeping a keen eye out for any infected. Of course, he was one of the few people immune to the first strain of the virus, so he wouldn't need to worry about wounds...yet. The problem was mutation. The doctor had already implied the virus was changing. What if he wasn't immune anymore?

He reached the second stage. There were two officers with pistols in their hands, but the pistols seemed to have discharged...whilst pointing at their heads. It seemed some people couldn't stand the thought of a zombie apocalypse. Not waiting for Ethan, he quickly covered the second floor, not encountering any active infected. No hunters seemed to be there either. "Clear" he announced lazily back down. "You can come up now."

While Gin was looking for infected and Victor activated the Security system, Ethan was trying to figure out how that witch got inside. He made it to the storage room first and looked inside.

Nothing but a well ravaged room. A number of the security lockers had been opened (a couple by Ethan himself), and cleaned out of anything that could be used for ammo or protection against the infected. Before exiting, he quickly opened another locker and switched out his rifle for a shotgun. Eight shots were all that was present inside, but should make quick work of a charger or a clump of infected.

Next, he moved onto the evidence room. He knew something was wrong immediately, as the door was open. He leaned across the hole, and sure enough the room had been torn apart. All the evidence from hundreds of cases were scattered everywhere. Shelves lay broken in pieces. It looked like a bull had gotten lose in there. Though he found no infected inside, a fresh hole had been smashed cleanly through the wall. The image of a witch wondering through the open door and down into the dark basement below He shouted, "Guys, we have a problem here!"

He slammed the door shut and locked it, knowing it wouldn't last against tanks, chargers and Spitters. Their acid burned like hell when some of it landed on his shoulder. He retreated down the corridor at a medium pace to the corner and waited for someone.

Alison sighed somewhat relieved hearing the place was 'Clear' "I'd appreciate it if you didn't defile her body anymore, we're not barbarians who wear the skins of our defeated besides Variant 9 may retain strains of emotion it's possible she's more human than any of the other infected" she said following Gin closely before hearing Victor call "It seems there is a problem....well best go see that but...Gin...what gun would you recommend as....best" she almost spat the last word thinking that no gun is 'best'.

Luneth went up to the evidence room, following Ethan's voice. Keeping her rifle ready, she turned the corner in the hallway. Ethan was standing in front of the door. Then she saw that the door was shut. "What's wrong inside? Is there some broken walls inside?" Luneth asked Ethan. She was worried since if there was actually a broken wall, then they were all in danger.

"Is it that noody is happy about security being on or maybe...." Said Victor confident as he followed the voices to the evidence room and saw the hole in the wall "... Oh shit..." Then he heard Ethan say that they should stay in the second floor. "Well, that's a bad thing but don't worry, we can cover it lightly for now, I'll start checking and carrying the supplies from the storage room, if any of you is kind enough to help this gentleman in distress... Ha!..." He said as he started running to the basement, then he opened the storage room and checked for the weapons and supplies in there, then he started by carrying a box full of diferent ammunitions form handgun clips to shotgun shells right to the second floor.

"Well, this way" Said Victor as he headed for the second floor he stopped at the hallway where the second floor started, then he thought that same hall would be a good place, if something came from the stairs they could shoot it because it was a long hallway and their sleeping place could be the section in the end. Then he left the box in a corner and told Alison: "So... how did you end up in this mess and not evacuated? I thought all the doctors from hospitals and bases were evacuated from the beginning" Then he said "Come let's get more things.

"Yes, I got the only magazine that guy had, and no, no survivor, he had killed himslefl... I can't accurately say the time but I'd say he did it like 2 hours before we arrived" (I say this because we started at daylight and now it's nighttime) He felt a little guilty for not arriving sooner to the place.
"Well, it's a shame we hadn't make it in time but at least we can try to get out of here alive, well, would you help us with the supplies? We'll distribute them later" Then he went back to te storage room and got a an M4 carabine, a remington 600, and another Benelli M3 in his right shoulder, in his left hand he carried a bunch of different weapons belts and bandoleers. Then he went again for the second floor.

Alison's eyes lit up as she saw the different weapon's Victor brought with him "Now that was more of my idea of what I was looking for coming here" she said brightly before following him for more goods "Well not all doctors were evacuated, some of us....weren't deemed worthy enough to be allowed to travel on the last helicopter's out, there was only so much time after all so for those of us that were left we tried to treat the wounded as best as we could provided they didn't turn on us" she explained rummaging around in the store room before eventually carrying two riot shotguns nervously upstairs holding them at arms length in fear they might go off.

But it doesn't necessarily matter." he had plenty of ammunition for his gun, he had hardly even used it. "But there seems to be just enough here to satisfy you as well. Tell me. Do you have any...15, 20 millimeter weaponry ((the equivalent of 50 to 70 caliber. Japan uses metric, though))?" Those armor penetrating bullets should be able to stop a tank, no matter where it was fired. After all, it had the power to tear through a tank's hull. "They would be...useful, to say the least."

"Well, the remington 600 is a .222 but I think it's good enough to blow a Tanks head, maybe you can see if some detectives or SWAT members kept desert eagle handguns (50 caliber), they are still quite popular among some dudes" Then he left the three weapons laying against the box of ammunition and the bandoleers and belts at their side. Then he said: "You can check SWAT's office just through this hallway, in the next there is a door which says SWAT. Also go to the detectives office, check the desks, well that's it, pal" Then as he went back to the basement he heard Alison and said: "Stop you horses darling, we'll distribute the weapons later, then maybe we can teach you hoy to fire those bad boys, Ha!" Then he came back and saw a bunch of boxes that had a note which said: Explosive materials handle carefully. He opened the box and said out loud: "Jesus all mighty!" It was a M32 grenade launcher also called "the six shooter", it came with lots of ammo so he right away took the box and carried it while he thought: What the hell was the chief of police thinking when he allowed to keep a military grenade launcher?!

I'll be going out to my plane's wreckage tomorrow to see if I can salvage anything out of it, so I might be able to patch that wall or get a barricade." Ethan was carrying a box of foodstuffs along with his shotgun and Klashnikov over both shoulders when he passed Victor cursing. He smirked and said, "Watch it Victor. There are ladies present. Ah, the M32 grenade launcher I see. Found that box in one of the larger evidence lockers. That was left over from the GS-1 case, when our department busted up the gun smugglers ring. Where do you think I got this gun?"

He shrugged the shoulder carrying the Klashnikov and continued onward.

"Also, I want to know, it's the access to the sewers through the cell block still in one piece? We can use that to get to the train station, some of us could check if the trains are working or if there's a way to fix them" He really wanted to look for a mean to evacuate the city, it was unsafer every second they were in there.

"Remember something Ethan, we can mantain the station as our base of operations and for our luck it's 20 minutes to everything important, like gas, groceries stores...well pretty much everything" Then he commented: "Well, I'll get this bad boy upstairs, you try to get those flashlights and that duct tape, we'll need them in our weapons" Then he carried the grenade launcher as he tought he was being followed by Ethan.

((Four primary weapons is pushing it, Gray Godot You won't be able to carry all four at once without giving up your ability to run. That means no running. :P))

Gin scoured the area for grenades. The station seemed to be stocked with all sorts of legal and other-than-legal munitions, some military. There were plenty of shotguns, but he passed his eye over those. Shotguns were slow, clunky, and close range, which he could easily substitute in his wakizashi. However, one of the rooms was locked. He blew the door open with his M4 and peered inside. There was a perfect stock of grenades.

"Gosh, only fragmentation? Well, it's better than nothing." he stuffed a couple in his pouch. Fortunately, they were compatible with his American made M4. "And look at this! It seems to be a..." he scrutinized it with mock fascination. "...heavy hitter..." he smiled, and picked the instrument up, strapping it to his back. It was heavy indeed, but the seventy caliber bullets would stop a tank in its track. Hell, it would stop a US Army Tank in its tracks! The thing was like a miniature artillery launcher. I wonder why the occupants of this building died. They...had access to all this weaponry, but it seems unused. It's possible, that they didn't know about it. After all, Victor had profused astonishment upon finding a grenade launcher. America's a terrible place...corruption, murder...I could get used to it. he smiled and walked out, telling no one what he had found.

He followed Victor to the Jail cells. A very dark thought entered his head at that moment. Very little scared Ethan. He'd laugh in the face of the hordes, stood his ground against witches, and spat in the faces of spitters and smokers. However, this thought made his expression darken. He muttered under his breath, "And what if the military decides the best way to eliminate the infection is to pull another London on us."

(Why does everybody think I'm keeping those weapons for myself? I just said I found them and I wrote that I left them laying against the box with ammo... read my previous posts if you don't believe me)

If we don't happen to find a way out in a day we'll have to sleep somewhere and if we get to cover that hole well enough or at least put a bomb as a trap to warn us we'll know when to leave the station and get another place... I trust this station" Then he walked away, he knew that this would end in a discussion if just one more comment was said.

Victor LEFT the grenade launcher with the other weapons and as he did he heard a shot, Gin had shot the door, he walked that way and saw him checking out a stock of grenades, assault rifle grenade launcher ammo and a mini artillery weapon. He then said:"Damn... maybe you're thinking this now but. How did they die with so many weapons?" He thought about some nasty rumors about the chief and some corrupted members in the force and usual problems with IA in the past.

Alison frowned picking what weapons to use "No doctor should need to use such instruments" she sighed picking up the shotgun she found earlier looking at the satchels on her sides where medical supplies and 3 pistols were stashed "I'll need to try and not shoot anyone by accident" she said removing a dead officers ammo belt from a corpse and strapping it to herself to hold her ammo before catching up with the others "Weapons are no safe guarantee of defence Victor" she said "Besides when the virus originally broke out there was a large number of Variant 5's here, thats 'Tanks' as most people call them. It's hard to tell why so many started here but they quickly spread away after destroying a good number of the buildings" she said "Also I once the infected get close there tends to be very little they can do, I'm guessing like us they were relying on the defence system but they probably attacked the infected, maybe with sniper fire and thus made this building a target hence our problem" she said looking at the hole in the wall.

(Are we looking at more survivors? I've not seen what's new in the update.)

Alison turned around to face Luneth "Sure I brought plenty of medical supplies and it's reassuring to know someone else can look after me well should I become injured but what kinda training do you have?" she asked "Hopefully we won't really be needing these though, still I'm not sure where exactly we could go" she sighed pulling a medical pack out of her bag and handing it to Luneth

(I'm fine with this amount of survivors just so you know, it's an apocalyptic setting, there's not supposed to be many)
